Congratulations on your recovery & the joyful life you now have, Keelin! 😊 Sorry to hear of all you went through & at such a young age. Hearing your journey gives hope that I too can recover. All the best, and a big thank you to our wonderful, Raelan, for doing this interview! 💛
Thankyou so much for your kind words💗recovery is absolutely possible😊Wishing you the best of luck with yours! If you feel MBR would help you in your journey, feel free to get in touch for a free consultation.
She is so right find JOY somewhere some how it makes the process easier and faster. Notice when you are doing something that makes you happy and comforted notice how your symptoms calm down.I am so proud of you Keelin! Thank you for your help and honesty. Love you! xxoo Ava
Yes trauma and chronic stress affects the limbic system and it must be healed! And so does blocking your feelings, which is only natural for those who've been abused. No wonder these coaches say that trauma survivors are overrepresented in cfs/me/fibro. Great interview !
this was so inspiring to watch, thank you to both of you for doing this! keelin’s journey is so relatable in so many ways; i was seventeen when i got sick at the beginning of the pandemic (twenty now) and have been doing this work for almost three years. i’ve grown so much and am so excited for the day when i can say that i am fully recovered and tell my story too. it’s comforting to know that other young people have come out the other side of this 💗
Aw thankyou🥰 I'm so sorry you have a similar story but so pleased for you that you are doing this work. I have no doubt you will be telling your recovery story someday soon. Thinking of you today and wishing you all the best in your recovery💗
Pleeeeeease could you do a video on recovering from Fluoroquinlone Toxicity ("being floxed")? There are tons of us and so few recovery videos. I've been ill for 15 months from it, my symptoms have turned into being similar to CFS now and I find your videos really inspiring for helping me mentally thru the bad days. There are lots of recovered people but also lots of us really struggling. It would really help raise awareness too.
I can't believe how similar your story is to mine. Both the emotional/mental part and the physical part. Thank you so much for sharing Keelin! It is comforting to know there was a way out for you. Yes, torment is the right word! It is so hard to get through the day with that much chatter/noise and criticism in your mind.
I am so sorry to hear you have dealt with the same things. There are no words for how difficult it is. But I'm so glad this offered you some hope. If you ever feel MBR would be a good route to take, feel free to get in touch and book a free consultation. Thinking of you, and wishing you all the best of luck with your recovery💗
Like her, i was placed into a highly academic school...hated it...failed gr 7 and 9 and dropped out. Just down the road a few blocks was a school that was the complete opposite...arts, motor mechanics...but because i was such a rebellious teen, they figured out a way to NOT get me to the other school.they said i was one city block out of the border area or cut off zone. So i dropped out things just got worse from then on.that was in 1978....im 64 now and slowely making progress.although i did just find out that the homes i lived in are situated in an area with extremely high levels lead in the drinking water (lead pipes).higher readings than Flint Michigan!! So, for all the people that are NOT getting better...it could be environmental as well.i also have high levels of Uranium, nickel and antimony. The finding of uranium is also what the Stanford team (Ron Davis) is finding in many of us.being in the shooting sports ,ive always handled lead bullets, loading my own lead bullets, not trusting any companies when it comes to high level comp.
Im sorry but seriously they never actually say how to recover in any of these videos. They just keep making revenue off clicks and ads but not providing any concrete details. It's not helpful
Did you have tense muscles that low you have a lot of cracking noises (no pain) I feel like all my muscles and joints pop all this started when fibromyalgia pain started I never had this before and my muscles are all tender
As much as I would like this to happen to me, I am a little bit skeptical about all of this brain-training thing. I mean, brain training would not cure cancer, so why would it cure diseases such as ME/CFS and fibromyalgia? Isn't it a way of reinforcing the marginalizing belief that illnesses like ME/CFS are psychosomatic and all in the head of the people who suffer from it ? I am not judging of your work and channel, I actually love it and it gives me hope, but at the same time I feel so unwell that I can't believe that something like that could really help me.
Dear Elisabeth, I would love to give you hope that it is possible. I was close to death not just from severe CFS but 56 other symptoms, many very severe - and I am almost fully healed now. Maybe instead of calling in 'brain training' I would say this: When you nervous system is not alerted into flight, fight, freeze (these alerts can be subconscious or conscious) then the signals of your nervous system to all cells and organs of your body have come back into balance. As a result ALL your chronic symptoms no matter how severe will slowly disappear (often in weeks) and yes, cancer will heal too, as cells get balanced signals from your nervous system and hence they will develop into normally functioning cells (that can get rid of malfunctioning ones). I am just sharing my own experience. Raelan had a guest on her channel called Dan with the UA-cam Channel 'Painfree you" it was my missing link for me. It works with the right awareness and a little practice!
CFS and Fibro are very different than cancer. They primarily revolve around nervous system disfunction that continues to cascade to countless systems and symptoms. Calming your nervous system and rewiring your brain is the number 1 thing people do to heal. If you solve the core issue which many believe is nervous system disfunction, than you really can heal. There’s almost always a physical aspect to healing, but brain retraining really is the way to do it. Cancer is a physical internal build up requiring a more physical treatment. I’d imagine a positive mindset can assist your body’s ability to heal along with proper treatment. In CFS, proper treatment almost must include mindset. I’ve seen countless interviews where mindset is the way they heal. I can’t recall one person who healed without at least some mindset work. Remember, Chess is a sport for a reason, they power of your mind is immeasurable.
Elizabeth I think you should start researching the way that chronic stress or trauma can affect the limbic system. Classic book is The Body Keeps the Score. Lots of psychologists talk about trauma getting trapped in the body and lots of sufferers report extra stress as their trigger. So it makes sense to me to calm down the body and retrain the limbic system with a mind-body coaching program
What a beautiful spirit and incredible courage and strength being so young and having a strong mindset from the moment of diagnosis. It’s so important! I’m on the nerd train too 😂
These are such kind words thankyou💗 good on you! The nerd train will get you where you need to go, just keep trusting your intuition. Thinking of you and wishing you the best with your recovery🥰
Story, after story, after story ….. And still most people do not realise that stress is only a perpetuating factor. It is the pharmaceutical drugs (medications) that cause the development of the ME /CFS and fibromyalgia.
It's a combination of trauma, and chemical toxicity. Certainly the latter includes poisons like pharmaceutical drugs, v@ccines etc. Generally, poisons alone wouldn't be enough to cause it.
It would be nice to have more recovery videos that aren't from brain- retraining evangelists. Or to also include what approach to go for and why , it's hard trying multiple programs and it not working because you're guessing it may help. The following video I wish I'd found earlier OHC Live Ep 019 - The problem with psychology approaches for ME, CFS and Fibromyalgia
Thankyou for having me Raelan and creating this wonderful space that gives so many people hope🥰

What training did you do Keelin??
Im sorry but seriously they never actually say how to recover in any of these videos. They just keep making revenue off clicks and ads but not providing any concrete details. It's not helpful
They could be lying or maybe having some spontaneous remission
And how much waa this therapy? Are poor people just doomed? What did it entail? We never get any details, it's always incredibly vague...

Sounds like FND not Fibromyalgia. You don't have seizures with Fibro. You can recover from FND by doing physiotherapy.
