Free video is not without rewards taking in account many views and getting rewards. But generally, there is no free cheese in the world unless family members are giving it. Whatever can be sold, will not be told. I think the greatest benefit from this is to see that it is possible to recover from CFS. I hope this is a possibility at least. Thanks

Hi I am currently working with Jay and I made huge improvements. From bedbound 24/7 unable to go 10 steps to the bathroom (when I had my first call with him I couldnt even hold my head for more than 2 minutes) to right now chilling after 3 hours long photoshoot in a hotel room planning to go to pick up some food for the editing (I am a photographer), currently on 2-3k steps a day. I am still recovering and experiencing ups and downs but I just all want to let you know that Jay is an amazing, kind, smart and gentle guide. His programm is great but his leading is the best. He really wants you fully better. Especially at the beginning when you feel like there is no end of the suffering he is bringing so much energy and light. 🌟🌟🌟

Amazing sharing Therezie! My wife is also same as you were with added sound and light sensitivity, can’t almost look at screens. How did you manage to do brain retraining in that state and how fast you saw results from that starting point of yours (rock bottom)?

@@ruigalhoz4188 yeah I had to wear that thing for sleeping on my eyes 24/7 my sensitivity for this whole world including my own existence was horrible. 🙈 I just did my best, everyday, small steps move mountains (my favorite quote from Jay). I was so desperate that I just did it, couldnt look at screen so I just listened and I had to listened with big breaks. maaan when I think about it I have no idea how I managed. But there are so many people bedbound with all the kinds of sensitivities and they all manage somehow the beginning. No matter you pace its about the intention and determination to do everyday something even a smallest bit, would love to help you more but thats it. I think I was out of this state after a month. But some improvements came quickly after a week or so.

I first met Jason when I was training as a Lightning Process Practitioner.
He recovered with The Lightning Process and had trained as a Practitioner the year before me and was mentoring new students in London, including me.
I wish him well now he is using the techniques he learned in his LP training to practice independently.
Six years later I am still an LP Practitioner and am so happy that we are able to help people get well with Long Covid now.

This sounds like cognitive behavioural therapy, which I can see would work. You get so caught up in feeling ill, the hopeless of it that you are in a constant state of stress. You feel so lonely as everyone else gets on with their lives, which exacerbates everything. So I can see that to pull yourself out of the negativity and the stressed state of your body recovery could happen. Thanks for the ray of hope.

I listened to the video and it was so promising, so I booked a free consultation with Jason and hoped he can help. A lot of reminders came daily before day - its ok. Also, he arrived with a lot of late, it also can happen. But he was unfriendly, and after telling my story he said he thinks I am not ready (maybe financially he means?) and without empathy and any explanation, he cut the conversation and said goodbye. Sent some book recommendations without any further steps (general books that everyone knows in these topics) but he should know that with this condition it could not be a solution to read for hours.
It was an embarrassing and unpleasant situation - especially when someone really feels that this is the last hope and goes there with high expectations after a video like this. Hey, we are human beings with feelings and emotions and we should be respectful with others, not just chasing money. Thank you for reading.

There is a small percentage of people with a condition called aphantasia who can't visualize. We literally see only black when we try to visualize and most of us are born with it. All is not lost though when it comes to brain training. If you can't visualize, you can still think about, imagine or feel during brain training sessions. I overcame anxiety and now I'm working on overcoming long COVID without literal visualization.

I did the Lightening Process 20 years ago and while I was there I did feel happier. The basic message is that you are doing it to yourself and need to get out of that mindset. This is all well and good and there was a couple of miraculous recoveries while I was there. But it is very victim-shaming, if you’re not getting better it’s because you are too attached to being an invalid ☹
I think I have done nearly everything on offer and each new piece of information might fit a small piece of the puzzle of why we are so sick and tired. I have Hashimotos and Lupus and with the best will in the world , I will still have them. Finding out which foods I am allergic to was helpful, I did the AIP for six months. I am now free of chronic mouth ulcers which were the absolute bane of my life.
I can do stuff most days, but I also rest most days and have lots of days when I only rest. I’m saving up for a fecal transplant as a last resort.

I'm so excited that I've found this channel! What's incredible to me, is the whole core of this recovery confirms that we are creating our own realities. Not in a " this is your fault " way, but in a " your reality is in your hands, but you just don't realise it " ......we, the soul that is driving this meat pocket ( body ) have limitless evolution / growing/ learning at our fingertips.
It starts by opening our eyes and ears, and by paying attention.
I hope, in that study about the placebo knee surgery, that they never told the patients that their surgery was not real. I think there might have been horrible relapses, because not every would be able to cope with this knowledge.

Hi! 20 yrs ago, I was a former NCAA athlete. Trained and moved fast with intensity to live life to the fullest . I was racing my bike. Band winning offen. Fittest I’d ever been at age 35. Winning races and almost literally one day I woke up and it literally felt like I had just gone to bed after riding 100 miles.
Back then, CF was almost laughed at by doctors. Most not recognizing CF but my tiders and symptoms showed it.
I went from massive diet changes, exercise adjustments and slow retreat from things I loved to do. I was raising two healthy boys at the same time so- no time to really stop. It was brutal! I remember wishing I had thyroid dysfunction or Hashimotos so at least it was acknowledged.
I stumbled on th is program… but I in my own way, found the process, meditation and understood my mental state and wickedly high cortisol levels that were self induced. So happy to see this now for people today!
The process is a learning process for the future- after this CF resolves. Bless you all!

I remember starting with a new doctor maybe five years after getting CFS, fibromyalgia, MCS, IC, All kinds of pelvic pain that went along with ic I could go on and on, no you too back then. My doctor tried different things for me and then finally when I came in one day he said well Jackie, unfortunately the placebo effect does not work on you. I didn’t know what he meant and then he explained that most people don’t get better for medication‘s they get better because of the placebo effect. Then I started looking at inserts for medication‘s and it’s amazing how equal the perceived follow effect is to the medication success in studies even side effects when people aren’t even taking the drug at all,Can be identical. Very interesting. Why didn’t I respond because I didn’t believe the pill was going to help me, that’s what I’m thinking.

      The same here.
Besises CFS, i discovered i have also something called like HIBERNATION syndrome. Like a Russian family who was hibernating during winter, when at those times for some people winter was a time where food was not to be founs. I found in internet a story about a Russian family who had genetically a hibernation gene, if you could say that this way.
In my case i finally understand this.
It starts in mid september, until may.
In this period i feel so stressed when i have to wake up or someone wakes me up. I have to get up, but it was from baby age, up until now.
      It felt horrible.
It is strange, but when i have this period starts, i feel it in my arm muscles. It feels like someone injects me with something in my veins and my muscles. Sticky/heavy/warm.
      It sounds crazy i know...
My CFS started in the summer months when i had that summer 3 ticks on my belly ( red rashes 2x from 2 different ticks at that moment ). My mom removed it with toilet paper. Very quick. I guess this besties vomited their content in my body only by feeling panicking!
No antibiotics or doctor or desinfecting.
That same period i had also Pfeiffer disease.
After i had Pfeiffer ( during and after being cured more or less, i slept all day long ).
From there on...my life ended in a way at 12 years old.
I am 51 years old now.
      Hell...
But yes, waking up is so much stress for my body, heart, brain. Racing heart and feeling horrible and my heart does not easy come down. Exhausting.
Among a plethora of other symptoms and so on.
I hope we all will find a way to cure us all.

Can brain retraining help people going through withdrawal off of prescribed benzodiazapines. Many people are still suffering with debilitating symptoms years after being totally off the medication. By the way, during the withdrawing the symptoms are extremely terrifying and no one seems to know why and doctors also done even believe that benzos cause withdrawal. So important yes I’ve heard this from a lot of people who’ve been off benzos for years, but they’ve said even years afterwards sometimes they contemplate suicide because their symptoms are so stabilizing and terrifying and the sounds like there’s such a real need for brain retraining I mean in every sense of the word, I wonder how this would work for people with some depression And ADD because for example, the world is very hard for me to live in because of everything that happened is chronic trauma and those neurodivergent conditions and people not believing you and you gaslighting yourself and you trying things and you even going on antidepressants but not being able to changeso it’s a lot of factors not just my mind so I would like to know how this mind stuff would help with that

It doesn’t work for everyone because it’s more of a “top down” approach. Perhaps you need a “bottom up” approach like somatic experiencing or EMDR. Top down therapy is like CBT or talk therapy (using your “thinking brain”) while bottom up therapies focus more on the body.

@@rachd4794 Does the Programm " only" have top down exercises?

    • @rachd4794
      @rachd4794 Рік тому +4

@@kirstensuhr7094 I’ve only tried DNRS so I can’t speak for the other programs. The bulk of what you’re doing is telling your brain it’s okay in response to stress. It’s an hour practice everyday where you basically have a script and you’re repeating mantras. There are other little exercises that perhaps may be a little bottom up, but I would say it’s mostly using your “thinking brain”. But top down therapies are necessary and helpful, but for some people, more is needed. I personally don’t think the programs are worth the money, but some people like the guidance and the community it brings. It just depends on what your brain responds to.

They then attributed that recovery to the last thing they had tried despite how unlikely this was, causing the rest to copy without success! Recovery seemed to depend on how much opportunity the patient had for rest in their circumstances. I find it is only a progressive illness when there is no chance to change lifestyle to match energy available, leading to crash and boom.
