I think it's great that you did not edit out the imperfections it allows people to see that that's where a mistake can happen and for them not to do it ....excellent video guys. thanks!
We use the same brackets on our closet. Instead of pvc however, because it's so wobbly, we use metal electrical conduit. It's cheaper than pvc, a ton more rigid, and only slightly heavier. In my office, I'm using emt. In my bedroom, we use a white conduit. From the end, it looks like a flat bell. They both work beautifully.
Great video. Love that you left all the "whoops" in. Just a note: There are great spray paints out there specifically for spraying on plastic. You might also remind folks to clean the PVC well. I then do a primer, let it dry for a day, then the final coat of paint. Doing it this way, I have never had a chip or scratch on any project made from PVC. I will always choose the path of proper prep. Saves me down the road.
it's so great to see the WHOLE project (even the mistakes) because, man, I would have done the exact same thing - and would have been really frustrated. Now I know! Thank you!
I love that you showed the error so we could learn from you. If you would have edited it out we would be wondering what we did wrong when we tried this!! I love the look, so farmhouse chic!!
Doing it today...they so look great. Good job guys
I'm glad you showed us the boo boo. Most would have just edited that out & never mentioned it. This way we learn with you. Thanks for sharing & being real. It turned out great. I love how it looks
That was so funny. I like that you left the mistake and how to fix it in the video. We're all human, mistakes happen. I have a pile of drop cloths sitting here waiting for me to create my window treatment. I'm stamping a toile design on the "curtains" once they come out of the wash. Then I'll iron them and hang them. I'm using IOD decor stamps for anyone interested.
PERFECTION! Love how real you guys were in sharing the error and post resolution!
I like that you weren't afraid to show a mistake. The truth of doing it yourself is these things happen! Looks great nice video.
I had pulled out my drop cloths last weekend for curtains in our living area. Haha. This video was perfect timing. 🙂
Wow....NOTHING KNIT PICKY about what Zeb did! Ahhhh, he made it actually function and look decent!
Glad you left the “oops” in there for us to learn from. It happens a lot to me!
Another one I love. And it was good to see the mistakes too. Thanks for not editing them out. Unfortunately, my bay windows are not at a 45 degree angle but still - I've an idea for a bed canopy frame or room divider! Possibilities are endless. Thanks again for sharing.
Good job Iam going to try this on my pergola on my deck.
Jami Ray the look is perfect, way to go. Mistakes happen and glad you showed how you address it. Drop Cloth curtains are much more durable and last forget. Thxs for sharing.
I love that you showed the mistakes!! Now, we know!!
Such great teamwork and thanks for showing and exclaiming all the steps. Looks so good!
I use drop cloth for pillows to I bleach the heck and downey the heck. the softest cloth ever love it
Thanks for making all the mistakes I would have made. Now I don't have to since I know better. LOL. It looks great.
