It's so nice to see a young woman making her own curtains. I'm a great grandma that has made many curtains myself. I was wondering if they still sell that pleat tape. And I'm soo pleased to hear they do...😊
This turned out so pretty and high end looking. I have seen tons of drop cloth curtains that i dont really like. They look too casual for me. This is the first dropcloth curtain that i love and may make as well. Good job!
I love them. Thinking maybe I could make some for our master bedroom. The custom ones I chose are WAY expensive so I keep putting off this project. Yours look soo good!
They get so pricey! I want some for our master now too haha was thinking of trying to dye them olive green for my master 😬thank you!! Hope I can see them!
How much time would it take someone reasonably skilled with scissors and a sewing machine to assemble all of the curtains you produced for this project, provided one already had all required materials? Good idea and demonstration. Thank you.
If you don’t have kiddos constantly interrupting like I do 🙃 I would say 4 hours. Definitely not a quick project, but very satisfying and simple 👍🏻❤️ glad you enjoyed!
I’ve totally realized this since making these 😂 most of them don’t have the pinch pleat tap and pins but even just adding that to the Amazon ones would create a really lovely look for a good price
You did a great job. I love it. My gibbest prob is i couldnt get my husband to go with white walls so everything in my house is blue. And I try and stay away from biege otherwise I would try this in at least one room.
Your presentation was good but you put me off because you kept referring to your curtains as “ curins”. Where did you learn English? You put me off because you couldn’t pronounce curtains so I couldn’t watch any longer. Too bad because you had a valuable lesson to be learned.
Hope everyone is having a great week! Let me know if you want to see more DIYs by hitting that like and let me know how you think these turned out 💕

They came out great! It's wonderful to see a young mom using thrifty tips to make a beautiful home. Thanks for the inspiration!
I love doing it!! Thank you Megan 💕

Thank you Julie!!! I definitely know what you mean. The pleat tape makes such a difference I think. You will have to let me know how it goes!
I never knew people iron their curtains.. I have to step my life up. Thank you! Lol
Hahah girl, only do it if it makes you happy! Most people probably don’t even notice ☺️
It makes a big difference
Your curtains turned out beautiful!!! Great job!! Thanks for the tutorial on how to make pinch pleat curtains.
Thank you Jeanie!! Hope you will give it a try ☺️

Thank you Amber! 🤗
They look amazing!!👍👏👏👏
Thank you Kiki!!
Beautiful
Thank you 🤍
Great video, thank you! How did you calculate the width for the fabric since it’s pleaded? Width of window times 1.5-2?
Yes, exactly! I think mine worked out to be 1.5, but 2 would give you lots of nice volume
Thanks so much!
Wow they look great
Thanks Rhonda!!
Good job i have some in bedroom i just used clips but i love them your house is looking so good
Thank you Linda!!
So awesome…well done video! Thank you!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Beautiful!
Thanks!
Great job.
Thank you Michele ☺️💕
Beautiful 🎉🎉🎉
Thank you!! ☺️
Great job
Thank you Terri!!
I made curtains from flat sheets. No sewing at all. I used clip rings and just snapped them onto the curtains
That’s a great idea! Could even find sheets for them at the thrift store!
One comment on the sewing machine. It's an inexpensive heavy duty mechanical machine. This is a great choice for home projects.
What’s the name of the model?
amzn.to/3UmRMEx this one! Highly recommend ☺️

Amazon has pretty good curtain prices for similar look. You can DIY if you have the time and a sewing machine

Oh yeah the beige would probably look a bit yellow against blue!
I’ve found some recently on Amazon that I out in my guest bedroom that achieved a similar look with lots of different colors
Nice but too long video
lol

Sounds like you missed a valuable lesson 🤷🏻♀️
Ok, it’s CURTAINS, NOT CURUNS!!!!!
Haha can you tell I’m from the south?
