That was my fav comment as well!!!🤣🤣 My mom (who’s been gracing heaven since 07) would have loved this! She was old school…thought every window needed “a pr of curtains”! Never got the just valance look & thought all curtains should be long!!!🥰. Gosh I miss her style! She’d of loved you….if she could’ve figured what the heck UA-cam was!!!😬😳😢
You are so creative...At 70, my brain doesn't really see ahead to make things. I watch you to get fabulous ideas. Thank you young lady for sharing your projects for all to see just how you can make beauty's on a cheap.
My husband was watching football & as I was leaving the room, he said "you can watch something, I recorded the game". Although that was really nice of him, I said "No, my friend Julie posted a new video, I can't wait to watch what she came up with this week!" Love, Love, Love everything you made.
Evening Julue I can't believe you can say" it was harder than I thought it was gonna be" because there ain't nothing our Julie can't do! Right! You always make everything look so easy like makin a Ham samich! Love you Julie ❤
You cracked me up "we can't be friends lol" I so agree with you! It is too hard to pick a favorite but that bench was adorable! We appreciate all you teach and inspire us to do Julie!
"Where did you get that?" To which Julie replies. "Oh, that? I made it!" And says so with pride. Unique, bet you won't find any of these beauties in anyone's home. The botanical transfer is jaw-dropping gorgeous.
I absolutely loved the curtains. They looked so high end. The tray tables are great. You can use those anywhere. Thanks for showing how to use transfers on fabric. That's a great idea.
You inspire me so much, I appreciate your laid back personality, and you made me giggle about not being friends with you if you use only one panel on your windows. So cute!
Hi Julie! I do not ever comment on videos, but I just LOVE your videos. I love to redo thrifted stuff. I am so glad to see someone else do this kind of stuff. Thank you for being exactly who you are! I can never pass a video and not watch! I have an illness at causes a lot of pain 24/7. Crafting is a way to distract myself from focusing on my pain. I get SO MUCH INSPIRATION from you. You simplify things enough that I think I can do some of the things. I AM TRULY HAPPIEST WHEN I HAVE PAINT ALL OVER MY HANDS. You know it's a good day when you're covered in paint!! Thanks so much for your channel. New to it but I going back to watch ALL OF THEM! Big hugs!!
The iod transfers turned out amazing. I would love to have those night stands in my bedroom. I love watching you create new content. You have inspired me to do so much in my own home. Thank you Julie!
I loved the dropcloth curtains. If fact I loved everything. Definitely love anything with the dropcloth. Thank you so much for sharing techniques. You really encourage us all.
I love all of your projects using drop cloth but especially the curtains. And using the transfers just raised the drop cloth projects to a new level. Yay
The transfers on the drop cloth were gorgeous. What a great idea. The two nightstands turned out so good. You continue to amaze me. I can see me doing the curtains and the transfers on material. I have already changed my dining room chairs from from a women seat to covering wood with foam and material.
Julie, I think you are so brave, putting yourself 'out there' and attempting stuff you've never done before, in a very public arena. Gives me courage to tackle my stuff when one's not sure if it will go OK, let alone stunningly, like yours do.
The dropcloth curtains are my favorite, but the dropcloth wall art with transfers is a very close second. It’s so elegant. I also love the bedside tables and the bench lol
I’m watching again! I’ve only known of you for a short time, but I’ve binge watched everyone of your videos. Now who am I going to watch? I’ve tried many different thrifters/upgrades etc. please don’t stop sharing all your ideas, talents, and demonstrations!
We’re moving into our new home next week, Sept 18th. We began building last year (July) during COVID. The house burned down completely on Jan 8th 2021. We were supposed to move in March 1st 2021. It’s been a long road, but we’re finally nearing the end! Thankfully no one was hurt, as we were not in yet. A subcontractor moved a heater too close to a wall. Heater was there all night because contractor didn’t check on house at the end of the night. I cannot WAIT to try making these drop cloth curtains. Thanks, Julie!
I'm sure I'm old enough to be your mother but I love everything you do. Your styles are mine completely. I like to keep my home stylish and determined long ago I would never have a house that looked like old people lived there...lol.
I love the sewing machine night stands. I sew and love and collect antique sewing machines. from my church and his wife sat at their Dining table and using a 30 year old (plus) piece of pecan board made a border around it with small slices of wood making the most beautiful top for a machine base I had. I will treasure it forever!!
As always, I liked all of your projects! I especially liked the dropcloth curtains, tho. And yes, Julie, of COURSE our comments are supportive! Cos we love you to pieces! ❤😁
I loved the transfer on the drop cloth! It turned out beautiful! The night stands were so clever and looked so good. I wish I had Mama's old sewing machine!
It's so rare that I watch a utube diy that I like every project but again all your projects were great. Loved them all but the IOD transfer on drop cloth was beautiful.
“If you use only one panel curtains, I cant be your friend” 😂. That comment made me laugh so hard, too funny. Love the dining room, great job!
She cracks me up!!! I just love her to death.
We too ! I tried and I can’t do one panel …. So I can relate ! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Me too! And I agree, windows need two panels. I’m your friend Julie! 😍
Love all your crafts. I love the bathroom artwork that you did with the transfers.
