STRV 122 is A heavily modified LEO2A5 built in Sweden it is also considered the best protected MBT in service. FH77B Archer is the current top SPG in the world with a maximum range of over 65km, It is also the fastest when it comes to Shoot and Scoot in service, Germany is comming with their RCH155 to likely beat the Archer if it works as intended. Wes, good video, good information, and interesting. First time I have seen your videos. I will subscribe. Friendly suggestions here, which I hope will help you: 1. Wear a dark garment (top), not a white one. 2. Adjust your white balance on your camera or do something about your lighting setup, as in this video everything, including you, appeared blue. Use the blue background light to make your face pop from the background, but your white balance needs to be set to make your face appear natural color. 3. Avoid a distracting background image or moving things in the background. Your set has a very busy background which detracts from you. 4. Avoid putting your hands in and out of your hoodie. I hope these friendly suggestions help you. You have a good presentation, and the right tone and good speaking skills. Just need to work on the lighting of your set and video. :)

I have been working at SAAB and did a visit to the Barracuda factory. This was very very interesting. I did really enjoy this video.
Very nice video. Sweden rocks!
Thank you Sweden 💪🇺🇦 🇵🇱 🇸🇪
Interesting subject. Subscribed.
Thanks for the information,I liked and subscribed
What happens when you have a bunch of highly educated citizens in a country that got some really shitty weather for 6 months?
And also are highly motivated to defend against any potential aggression from the east.
Thanks Wes, your work is just excellent. Really appreciate it.
Great info! Sadly at the expense of Ukrainians, albeit a bit to their benefit, we are learning a lot in anticipation of the next "world" war that we (USA) may be directly involved in with boots on the ground. Thanks for another interesting and informative post.
There have been earlier vlogs comparing different DP patterns and their none visible spectrum performances .. so add in captured kit and most of the info is out there from before this current war on Ukraine. But I would have left out the frequencies... make them work for it if at all possible 😉🇬🇧🧙🏻♂️
kind of feels like a Saab commercial, but very freaking cool.
Russia doesn't need Camo...Russia got Turtle 😅
😂😂😂😂
Master of disguise! 😂
😆always amazes me what crap they come up with, wtf, as a swede I´m not worried they´ll come for us, in the end they´ll need to pass the Finns, I wish them luck with that, Finns are warriors, but if in some imaginay world they would pass them we still got this nice tech and our own warriors, of course😏
Great video. Making a comment here because of your close. Good job and Slava Ukraini.
Great channel with very pleasing and refreshing narration, love it! deserves more subs
Even Swedish Tanning formula is " Secret ."
From my time in the Swedish armed forces, I can say that we are really good at camouflage. Expect us to be everywhere.
Poland donated PT-91 compared to T-72 have 50% lower thermal and radar signature
"Radar signature" just add wings to it and you can return f-35 to USA))
Great video and super interesting!
Buut definitely had to watch in 1.5x
Iryna of Kyiv-Rus was born in Sweden, her most famous relatives are Ace of Base, very musical and spiritual people.. She had eight siblings... Sweden also played a great role in the founding of Rus ackording to historian Nestor... So we have no other choice but supporting the forces of goodness in Europe.....
My wife dropped my swedish camo jacket on the lawn, i saw it in like slomo and screaming noooooo! It was three years ago, still lost...😂
🤣🤣🤣
I AM RIGHT there with YOU. I am ARMY born,on a US Army base, served USAF! HELPED with the assembling the C-17, over 50 planes PLUS!
Great information! Subscribed.
Yup...Barracuda had the thing TIGHT, 'WAY back when....excellent chamo!
Very informative. 👍.
Well presented, concise and interesting! Just the way I like it. Well done, sir!
The new 'wonder weapon'?? After Bayraktars, Javelins, Chalengers, Lepards, Abrams, ATAKM, HIMARS, etc. For which most of the people already forgot! But the front is moving west every day...
I learned something today. Thank you.
Slava Ukraine 🇺🇦
I did a quick google and only 10% of CV90's have been lost while 30% of Bradleys have been lost. It's possible the Bradleys are involved in more intense fighting or have been fighting for longer. I wasn't sure how to check to see what percentage of the crew survived in either case.
Well, they got a greater number of Bradleys so it is fair to assume they had more front heat because of it also.
Sweden has only sent 50 CV90's. Percentages gets really iffy with such small numbers but clearly they are an appreciated asset by the Ukranians.
Thank you for contributing your research!
Cv90 mk1 also, really old
@@MA-nm8ju mk1 hulls, but upgraded to version C (stabilized sights, crew ACC, commanders multi-spectrum panoramic sight periscope, programmable ammo, commanders tactical display, drivers rear view camera and front view periscopes with NV, drivers nav display, extra side, front, top and bottom armor proof against soviet era shoulder fired and tank fired HEAT rounds, etc.
As a Swede, I never knew that we were so awesome.
FYI: If you record in some sort of LOG-Picture profile then you HAVE TO add a color conversion or a LUT to rec709 at the end or on top of your camera footage. Otherwise just chose any other mode in your camera witch will give you straight rec709 material...
They say there are actual invisibility cloaks... but I haven't seen any🐦🙆♀️
That means it's working!
"Vetinari, I didn't see you at this morning's camouflage lecture." "And your point being, sir?"😂
Love to Ukraine from Sweden!
Great Camo pattern and tech.
The barracuda system is in use at both the 21st Mechanized Brigade with the CV9040c and the STRV122.
And also the 45th (not the 47th) Artillery Brigade with the FH77B Archer SPG System.
Both 21st and 45th (not the 47th) are often called The Swedish Brigades as they are kitted and trained by Swedish Military and Swedish Military Doctrine.
CV90 is the IFV.
Sweden has also Donated all the remaining PBV302 which is something in between a M113 and a Bradley.
it is not a M113, Yes it looks abit like it but it is completly a diffrent vehicle.
And Sweden and Netherlands have donated CB90's which is the Barracuda clad boats in the picture.
I'm pretty sure it's the 45th artillery brigade that has the Archers, the 47th uses Bohdana.
@@boretrk i stand corrected. it is indeed 45th and not the 47th.
Fantastic report. Thank you.
These kinds of tech advances do not get enough credit. I think in the last few years material engineering has come a long, long, way and needs much more attention. If they cannot find you they cannot attack you.
SAAB is such a cool company, top of the class in everything they do. Just to bad they couldn't make their cars sell worldwide.
Cool stuff. Thanks for the info.
Great video. This fabric is voodoo
I have mentioned Bradley many times in my responds on YT. Bradleys are doing a fantastic job, I can't praise Bradleys enough. They save lives and kick the Orcs hard! About CV90, very little information leaks out about how they are doing. However, the little we do hear is that CV90 are doing well. Thank you for explaining Saabs camo system 👍
Well the fact that Sweden and Ukraine has agreed to produce CV90 in Ukraine, is the simple answer on what Ukrainians think works best against the Orchs, they are building the production facility as we are speaking ...
WFT 😂
Greetings from Spain. There have been ground surveillance radars since the mid-1960s. It is time to start working on stealth with IR radar, both for vehicles and for the uniforms, equipment and weapons of infantrymen.
Thank you Sweden for assisting Ukraine with such quality!
Way to go Saab. I wish you still made cars that we could get in North America.
The use of hollow nano tubing has some promising applications..the tubing is good for plus/ minus 100°
The tubing under test is 5x stronger than steel and as flexible as Kevlar
Woah-oh-oh-oh Camouflage
Things are never quite the way they seem
Woah-oh-oh-oh Camouflage
I was awfully glad to see this big marine!
As a Swede, I'm proud to see our products helping in the fight against oppression 🇺🇦💪🇸🇪
Just look at everything Sweden makes its all top tier Supercars furniture anything it’s the culture of making sure everything is reliable and built properly as intended …….Ikea is a a nightmare but it’s all quality hehe
You forgot to color grade this video :) Keep it up!
And to think that one of the Presidential candidates doesn't value allies, and is thought to probably want to withdraw from NATO if he gets elected. The Ukraine War has demonstrated that all of the allied nations have made hugely valuable contributions, and we are all stronger by combining our individual strengths.
Oh really? "...is thought to probably want to withdraw from NATO..." What are you, Carnac the Magician? Does the current administration value our allies? Withholding promised arms shipments, because it wants to dictate to what extent Israel can defend itself in its fight for the right to exist. The only thing Trump has asked from NATO is that they start carrying their share of the cost of their own defense. Maybe tough love is not a concept you can wrap your head around, but our providing discount defense to NATO countries, so that they can spend their money on social programs instead, isn't sustainable.
I would add that as far as weapons go, the Swedish Viggen gets my vote as superior and more valuable than F -16
Thanks 😊
Cool stuff.
Shout out to all the mad scientists and skunk works making this stuff
i can say as a swede, that all Swedish military equipment is top notch but only the Saab 39 Gripen is bad
colorblindness is a gift for a grunt
Very cool project thanks 😊
Thanks for the great video, I am infinitely grateful for your support of Ukraine.
That Leopard with the camo looks like it has Modern Zimmerit but instead of blocking magnetic mines it blocks thermals
It's probably cheaper than many alternatives and it can make quite a difference with little effort
As a Swede, I'm using this camo when hiding from my kid while eating snacks.
Starts at 3:29
I spotted the 2 vehicles in the opening shots right away. Can’t be thaaat good. 😅 Then again I was looking for it. Plus I own a Saab, so there’s that.
I wonder how it might perform with an under layer of kevlar?
