Because here in the Philippines we cook plenty of rice in the evening so that we can stir fry it in the Morning 🥰😁🥳😁😘 Love You Shereen 😘😁😊😁
Home cook-y tip...throw your ginger in the freezer. It grates like a dream and u dont have to peel it :) Love your recipes! So good. Love that you use cup etc measurements
You can use more water than 1:1 ratio if you have high enough heat. Like 1.25:1 or Even 1.5:1 A good electric wok from breville can produce much more intense heat than stove top. Wash rice first. Powdered residue adds to stickiness. Most take out shops season with salt and msg or chicken powder.

Very good! I've learned to make fried rice since I was 10 yo. What I've learned is that day old rice is better for frying than freshly cooked rice as freshly cooked rice is too watery. Everything else is perfect.
Here’s my tip for you. You might be able to find local pepper growers that grow exotic chili peppers like Birdseye chilies. That way you don’t have to go up to an Asian marketplace or order online
The outcome was beautiful. Only thing I find wrong is that the rice needs to be washed to get rid of excess starch and dirt (no matter the brand or packaging - rice is usually dried in hot roads , warehouses , people trample on them barefoot). Also a wok can help when making a larger portion of the dish. The lighting makes it look super wet but if you look at the final shot when she plates it - the rice looks normal. The ginger juice in my eye porn joke is hilarious
I don’t mind that it’s her take. But, not washing the rice?!?!?! Ok maybe it’s not necessary but damn it feels so uncleanly. Lol! I love her videos though and I know she’s a great chef.

@@xurielmtzx4540 thank you. Chicken tenders are great. Slice into thin, bite sized strips. Swap out the shrimp and Stir fry the same way.
