If anybody's interested, what I did for the hot chocolate mix for this was 1 Tbsp light brown sugar, 1 Tbsp granulated sugar, 2 Tbsp malted milk powder, 4 Tbsp cocoa powder, 1/2 tsp cinnamon. I forgot the chocolate chips but they were honestly chocolatey enough without them.
I love this guy. He’s like a good friend, he’s so natural and sweet.

@@Mrs.T.Rusch25 just made these, oh my goodness they are so good!! I had one and all the gooeyness is true! Now I’m patiently waiting to eat another one tomorrow just to see how the texture will be especially for the marshmallow. I also added some cayenne pepper and ground chilli pepper (not the cooking kind). Also sprinkle more chilli pepper on top when it’s done!

I love how these cookies look. I generally hate marshmallows but I LOVE them melted on s'mores and stuff. Also yes I actually have made the crinkle cookies! Everyone loved them and said they tasted like cake (in a good way).

Ok so I’ve made these and they’re fabulous!!! Ive added some cayenne pepper and baking Mexican chilli powder also sprinkled on top a bit, so yummy and easy! I just had a day-old cookie from a container, crispy yet chewy, but nothing beats the warm marshmallow so I used a kitchen torch to warm it up!!

Just made these and they are so delicious! I used carob powder with a tbsp of hersheys extra dark coco powder instead of hot chocolate mix and popped the cookies in the broiler for a moment with a very careful eye to get those marshmallows perfectly golden brown! So good!!
