Hay a fantastic job like the ribbon burner i just bought me this 3x10" ribbon burner maker on ebay and its a good ribbon burner maker it does away with all the cutting of wood and drilling holes just grab your straws....put them in and poure the refractory in and wala.....thanks for the video.
..that's 1 thing about the Corona19, a lot of maintenance and rebuilding is going on in shops. Going to be an interesting build around that burner...!!
I would be really interested into purchasing one! Thede burners are not too complicated to bild but its time consuning, for my buying one would be more economical!
Brilliant! Excellent skills.

It’s a video thank you great work
Nice 😊 What kind of refractory did you use?
Nice build I’ve been thinking about trying to make one myself, where are you based? Might be interested in buying one 🤟🏻
Looked good can't wait to see it in action. What sort of refractory did you use??
can you use 1/8" inch aluminum as the chamber mounting which attaches to the ribbon mortar?
If it's not getting hot I can't see why not
What did you put in the refractory? Looked like little strands of steel?
Stainless needle strands, ask your refractory supplier. They make the gas forge last 100 times longer
Nice, also thinking of making one but I see you might sell them, are there different sizes and whats the price?
Having looked in to all the regulations it's to much of a pain to do at the moment but we may revisit the idea later
Cool, but why would you face the grinder towards you? Am I seeing that wrong?
Needed to change the angle of the cut. I had control the entire time and eyepro on, so no worries :)
@@kristinydnul444 haha well all good then, stay safe, have a good one
Plastic straws instead of Crayons.
I hate to watch welding at least you can weld
