do strength training and try to fit it in your lifestyle, still if you want to stop that, reduce 150 to 200 calories per day to nullify the effect. and enjoy you will not regain. and in that process you have effectively gained muscle which will again boost your metabolism for long...
But my sincere advice : do not stop strength training you can atleast do it 3 days a week...
