    Sir according his bmr is almost 4800 how he can even intake 3500 calories btw 12am to 8 pm without fatty foods..i think bmr does not matter bcz in fast a man cant intake his required calories..

      Bmr is how many calories he burns just in one day digesting food,breathing.if he eats less than bmr he will lose weight

      do strength training and try to fit it in your lifestyle, still if you want to stop that, reduce 150 to 200 calories per day to nullify the effect. and enjoy you will not regain. and in that process you have effectively gained muscle which will again boost your metabolism for long...
      But my sincere advice : do not stop strength training you can atleast do it 3 days a week...

      weight should be according to height,if u have sufficient height than 55 kg is not a problem.u sud go for fat loss not weight loss.if u have lean muscle mass than dont worry.dont go for shortcuts,or supplements, rather than try healthier way like avoiding junk, proper exercise,cardio and weight training.
