There is no belly burning steroid. On the other hand, there are steroids that help rapid fat loss while maintaining muscle mass. There is no doubt in my mind that Aamir was on Anavar or Tren, but that doesn't take anything away from his accomplishment.
It has been 2 weeks for me joining the gym and I was feeling like yaar kuch feel hi nahi aya, and yes I was demotivated a lot but now I know that dedication is the way for that fruit what I need.
Now after watching this great transformation and listening a the line, "agar mei pehle fit wala shoot kardunga toh mere liye fat hone ke baad fit hone ke liye *koi reason, koi motive, koi wajah nahi hogi* " had me and now I have planned that I will not get fit just to look good but I will put something at the end of the finish line ( *koi reason, koi motive, koi wajah* ) for which I will chase and enjoy the path, the journey.
