Just use trash bags and a can of expanding foam
Edit: I tried this and the foam had a hard time expanding and curing inside the bag. If you can't get ahold of 2-part foam, it would work better to lay a sheet of plastic over the object, spray the foam, let it cure exposed to the air, then trim it to fit in the box.
