      Aditya Thakur don’t skip directly to 30 if you can’t do it can cause bone joint problems
      So better to start 5,10,20,25,30

    I can do 70 pushups in one set just involve pushups in your daily workout you can also do that .... When you able to do 10 pushup in one set use 5kg weight it will increase your strength ..

    I started with 10 pushups during lockdown
    graudually increased it day by day , now in 2024(august) started doing 60-65 reps without any rest .Consistency matters💪

    Started with 5 push ups maximum , 4 months down the line can do 2 sets of 20 reps and 2 sets of 20 reps elevated push-ups and 2 sets of 15 reps knees fold push-ups.😇

      M not professional to give advice, but might b some vitamin deficiency also due to exercise with poor diet or can be multiple reasons, get complete vitamin testing done and start with ones ur lacking might help alot to avoid many problems in future and then u can go light on ur work out by the time ur fir enough

    To everyone once you able to do 25-30 push ups then start doing proper push ups, which is little complicated. And that 30 will be down to 10 for sure. And that tune almost all muscle. Happy workout..
