How long do you think it will take Spacex to build such installations at many locations? This is a long term plan, Starlink and payload launch are the present earners.
@@garethrobinson2275 The cost to build and operate Stage 0's will prevent them from springing up just anywhere, which is what people are suggesting. From a Tesla fan boy who is trying to buy his first Tesla - Where Tesla has a HUGE gap to almost everyone is their customer support. It is non-existent from my perspective, and I'm not one to call unless I'm stuck without options. I am awaiting a model x plaid delivery, ordered Sept 1 and seeing others who've just done it, I see manufacturing quality is the pits. God help tesla if the competition even closes half the tech gap to them. Of course price is the issue here - profitable vehicles = issues I raise above - c'mon tesla, >0.5 million invested in you. Looking to retire in that investment, but can't even be pleased with my personal experience as a customer.
Manufacturing quality on a relative basis between brands may seem significant, but in absolute terms it's not. That may have been the case 30-40 years ago, but not anymore. There's no such thing as a poorly made car, just levels of excellence. They difference between the best and worst can be measured in fractions of a percent.

If you judge the long-term prospects to be equal, why wouldn't you diversify at least some of your portfolio? Both businesses are a call option on Elon and the future.
The notion other car companies will even exist to use Tesla FSD and that Tesla won’t be selling cars to humans and that Tesla won’t keep AAALLLLLL the profits…. Is insulting and suggests even someone like Ron hasn’t “REALLY” mapped out the scenario that is coming…
To project the future value of SpaceX, simply add up the commercial value of every Telecommunications Company in the world 🌎 Then, consider what type of pricing SpaceX will be able to leverage with 1.5-3 billion customers? Then imagine a Telecommunications service that terrestrial governments can't monitor? The next step change in the internet is a new internet protocol native to SpaceX 😂😂😂
Because musks has other companies, other countries could influence those companies in ways to manipulate how space x is operated. For example China has musk by the balls in tesla. He has to do and say whatever they would want him to do and say to preserve that business.
Think about this. In the near future you will be able to opperate a FSD car with no Drivers License. I will be safer and me effefficent than a human. I will become very hard to get a drivers license and even harder to keep it. As always this will be done in the name of safty. Only one company has any hope to make FSD WORK, who could that be?

@@aznsumthing Maybe, but the immediate market reaction would be a massive stock loss. It's obvious this would happen, you just arguing because your a Tesla fan. Do you think that Musk dieing world not have a major affect on the stock price? C'mon delusional.
@@bikepacker9850quite the opposite. He is saying Elon cultists are incorrect. Tesla is a complex business with many influences. It's not just Musk. But really ...you need to curb your resentment and chill out!
@@markthomas7279 @markthomas7279 Buddy. I love Elon. I am a self confessed fan boy. Elon is up there with Edison, Newton, Ford, Einstein, he has single handedly changed the world like no one has before. Now that we have established I have Zero resentment I will say this. If you think that the death of Elon would not have a massive negative affect on the stock price, you are delusional. Your are also not given Elon the credit he deserves if you think it would not affect Tesla and SpaceX in the future.
In my view other car companies would do well to license the Tesla operating system and get rid of the clusterfuck they have as software right now
I predict Toyota will be first. They’re not dumb like people are saying and they can continue making their hybrids which they’re good at.
@@ken-mb5cp A. Toyoda is a potato - just their out of nepotism. He is still talking about H2 fool cells. He has already sealed Toyota's fate, which is bankruptcy.
Tesla allowing other OEMs to use FSD will obviously bring in huge jack, but it has the added benefit, along with opening the SC network and open source patents, to mitigate Tesla's only real existential threat - anti-trust action.
@@machoopichoo2 Haha. I know no one agrees with me. That’s ok. Japanese people aren’t stupid. Toyota knows it’s in trouble and they know Tesla has the best technology. They’ve partnered in the past and I believe they will again. But they’ll continue making hybrids which they’re good at.
@@ken-mb5cp It's just a difference in opinion and glad to see we can agree to disagree. I certainly don't think the Japanese are stupid (I don't think any groups of people are stupid). But there could be some elements of the culture that were highly beneficial in the past (hence, Japan's exploding post war economy) that now don't serve them well. An example would be extreme deference to leaders like A. Toyoda. Unfortunately, he's still more or less running the company, but worse, the president of the JAMA. Plus, add a demographic time b*mb to the mix.
It's clear Tesla has zero issues with partnering, as they cannot meet global demand by themselves. But it will be the combo of Tesla and the Chinese that obliterates legacy auto. IMHO
If there is a better investment, please show me. No other company has the upside of Tesla . Zero. None
But for the myopia of Wall Street and institutional investors, investing would be next to pointless.
Steven I'm sure you read book on Warren Buffett called the Warren Buffett way. a great quote you can use from that book for one of your videos is * it's important to know what inning you are in.* many people think that the best days of Tesla stock investment are behind them when n factt the best days are still ahead.
We are not even in the first inning yet. Batting practice been going 1 minute.
It was really surprising to hear that Steve and Tim never spent time with an important senior guy. I can see that with Tim, but Steve felt strongly about people randomly interacting and the serendipity that results. Hence, why the Pixar building was built the way it was. Strange. Maybe Steve's reality distortion field got in the way. ;^)
Good one, Steven
your back
21:05 Had me on the floor LMAO
Nice Office Ron. Love the low key baseball bat!
The way Tesla is innovating, they will have 100% market share on all cars on the planet. So they won’t have to license software to others - Tesla will be the “others”.
Maybe only if you don't count China and China/BYD refuse to export.
Wow, so cool. Exciting times!
Steven what do you think of George Holtz and comma AI and their autonomous program
No disrespect to Hotz but how many satellites has he launched? Don’t we expect Musk to incorporate Starlink into his autonomous car network?
Give it to Government to run and you will pay and pay and pay many times more than a private company with a vested interest in quality
Love your content pal, and I love how your content has solidified my feelings on Elon and Tesla in terms of the genius and massive effect the guy (and tesla) has had and will continue to have on the entire world. I've started to invest (first time) in tesla, its so freeking obvious man!
I work in IT, in cloud ops (DevOps to be specific) and the amount of absolute genius people I'm surrounded by that are absolute cretins regarding anything Elon is astounding, utterly astounding. I have to nod and go along with this crap, I did once mention the twitter files and blar blar but ended up at the shitty end of insulting pointy fingers, while I'm laughing on the inside.
Anyway, thanks, keep doing what you're doing and be healthy. (oh I'm also on the AG1 which is having a massive effect on my productivity).
Would prefer to watch on X.
Steven saved my financial ass from sinking half of my money many years ago into Nikola stock. Now that half of money is in Tesla stock a much better place. I’ll never buy any other stock neither will I buy any other car than a Tesla. Hate my Ford expedition. Can’t wait to replace with cybertruck!
I bot IBM in 1956 and sold it in 1960. I'm smart.
Yeah... I told you... those computers will never catch on!!!
14:00 about Cruse and Waymo, I think biggest problem is cost, how much this hardware cost to buy and operate, and how long it get to get back on investment, because I think it is not good. Nvidia Pegasus is nice GPU, but 500W... so cost of it and operating cost will be high, question how high?
He basically said they are not the Apple of smartphones. They are the Microsoft of computers!!!!!! 😮😮😮
Or basically the android that multiple phone manufacturers use..😂😂
To work at SpaceX, you need high competence.
To get into Harvard, you need the right identity politics.
I keep hearing people say that Starship will be able to deliver cargo ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD in 20-30 minutes.
What they dont realize is that in order Starship to land, refuel, and take off, there must be a Stage 0 at the location.(Mechzilla, tank farm, water deluge system, and entire launch and recovery infrastructure.)
Yeah I agree this is something that is too far off I think. Maybe this could only be realized next 20-30 years. I hope I am wrong and this does not age well
How long do you think it will take Spacex to build such installations at many locations? This is a long term plan, Starlink and payload launch are the present earners.
@@garethrobinson2275
The cost to build and operate Stage 0's will prevent them from springing up just anywhere, which is what people are suggesting. Not to mention the cost to keep a small army of highly specialized engineers and technicians in residence at each site, readily available fuel, maintenance facilities, etc. We may eventually see a handfull of Stage-0 sites, but only at locations where the economics make them feasible.
$53k vs $500. Sounds like typical government.
That's way too bearish!! 100x TSLA!!!!
I actually think Ron is deliberately conservative in his future valuation predictions. Even so, he seems like a super bull to most observers. This is how we make money.
Aloha kakahiaka kakou, tutu Ron Barron I love the man he is not shy and speaks the truth.
Longterm is the game.Tutu Kane came out swinging.
Aloha malama pono ahui’hou
3:30 is he saying only a 5x in the next 10 years? Is that a bear case?
Fucking Master class on Tesla and SpaceX.
When your car have FSD you don't need taxis!
Don't forget what great health his mother is in and is still a model!
Will Tesla Shareholders also get shares in space X?
You won’t believe how many shares I snatched up when it hit 199🤦🏽♂️ per share last week. Post splits, in at 15.60 😮. So no need to worry about the 199 folks 🤣. Staying in this ship for the thrills at this point.
I wonder if we will all be having this same conversation 3, 4, 5 years from now? Because we've been doing it for years so far. I’m a long term hold, but it would be nice to see some kind of breakout event, just once.
Elon is cautious and gets stuff right which takes time and patience. It seems obvious to me they’re just getting started.
@@paulmcgreevy3011Thanks. I’m 72, with 3,000 shares. I would just like those shares to become a decent legacy for my kid. If they go to zero, it’s not going to affect my life, but it would be nice to see them become real valuable before I check out. The whole story seems to rely so heavily on FSD, which I have now purchased on three cars. My confidence in FSD ever being good enough changes from day to day. Right now, I’m a big doubter in it.
I suspect the breakout will occur in 1-2 years when Tesla solves FSD.
Tesla stock has done this before. It was basically dead money from 2014-2020.
@@darylfoster7944 Bro, what you smok*ng and can I have some? 2014 market cap ~$32B. 2020 = $669.9 (nice number). ~20X.
I will be forever grateful to you, you changed my entire life and I will continue to preach on your behalf for the whole world to hear you saved me from huge financial debt with just a small investment, thank you Mrs Katherine Flores.
I'm surprised you know her. I've been making a lot of profits investing with her for a few months now.
Mrs Flores changed my life because of the high profits I got from investing with her.
You invest with Mrs Flores too? Wow that woman has been a blessing to me and my family.
I'm new at this, please how can I reach her?
she often interacts on Telegrams, using the user below.
"cash in profits" is equal to "I didn't know why I invest in this company, and still I don't know"
Ron is brilliant and needs a better microphone cuz it’s so dam hard to understand his monotone style- Ron is definitely pumping Tesla and hope He is correct based on his investments 🐱 like mine 😢 honestly Stephen - Ron says the same thing and spins the same views weekly - I prefer to hear you bro 🎉. Thanks
Can anyone please tell me the name that Tesla trades under on the European Stock Exchange?
Thank You.
If you judge the long-term prospects to be equal, why wouldn't you diversify at least some of your portfolio? Both businesses are a call option on Elon and the future.
The notion other car companies will even exist to use Tesla FSD and that Tesla won’t be selling cars to humans and that Tesla won’t keep
AAALLLLLL the profits….
Is insulting and suggests even someone like Ron hasn’t
“REALLY” mapped out the scenario that is coming…
Wouldn't go all in something, different countries and branshes could be something to consider. It works untill it dosn't!
who is the "head of compute"?
Maybe the government has plans not to rely on Starlink in the future.
Elon is not worried about CyberTruck.
Tesla👉🏽🚀🌎
30 to 50 percent with SpaceX is what he said did you catch that
I wonder if Elon uses AG 1? Maybe Rogan or someone else of his friends has suggested that for him 🤔 Elon would surely find uses for the extra energy.
Maybe Ron should sell all his Tesla holdings and buy GM stock, now that GM has harmonious labor relations with its workers.
Be careful Ron. Some could say you are getting inside information.
I think he knows his legal boundaries.
To project the future value of SpaceX, simply add up the commercial value of every Telecommunications Company in the world 🌎
Then, consider what type of pricing SpaceX will be able to leverage with 1.5-3 billion customers? Then imagine a Telecommunications service that terrestrial governments can't monitor?
The next step change in the internet is a new internet protocol native to SpaceX 😂😂😂
Because musks has other companies, other countries could influence those companies in ways to manipulate how space x is operated. For example China has musk by the balls in tesla. He has to do and say whatever they would want him to do and say to preserve that business.
It will be the fastest and cheapest way to move data around the planet. No brainer.
@@AR-rn8okTesla China is wholly owned by Tesla and is not funded by the CCP. It is the only American company that has that distinction.

How can you catch up to Tesla if you claim that you’re already ahead somebody explain how that math works
Toyota's software will likely win
I came to watch Ron Baron and got this nobody adding his comments every few seconds. Rip
You don't know who SMR is or the value of his input? Rip your financial future.
