Maybe buy Tesla? They are also doing great things in the AI space. Some digital currencies too. What do you think?
I agree with you. As an early investor in NVDA, AVGO, ANSS, and PLTR, my financial advisor's advice was incredibly helpful. Over the past 7 years, she has helped me find stocks that did 10x multiple times. With her help, I've grown my portfolio to over a million dollars.
Hey, I'm trying to find a certified one to boost my investments/portfolio, but it's tough online. Can I get a rec from you, since you know about this stuff?
I don't know if I am permitted to go into details here, but mine is *Trudy Elizabeth Stouffer* and you could also look her up though I'm not so sure she's taking on new people atm.
With robotaxi going in grandma mode it will ease traffic . If everyone goes slower it ease's traffic , u get to destination probably not much slower. Stress free , sounds amazing
if everyone goes slower and drives more predictably, traffic will be reduced by a lot and in slow roads like dense cities average travel time would be reduced greatly
That makes no sense. Faster is better. Why would you use advanced technology to go slower? That would be like car makers making their cars slower than a horse. Traffic is slow because of mistimed lights, and freeway merges.
@@darylfoster7944 if you try to drive as fast as possible, you will eventually get stuck behind someone and be part of something called "the inchworm effect" - when a block of traffic moves like an inchworm instead of flowing steadily. This happens when drivers are too close together and tend to run into the car in front of them. You should instead try to maintain a consistent distance from the car in front and the car behind and change lanes infrequently.
It doesn't matter whether or not current Tesla vehicle owners will want to run their cars as robotaxis. There will be a gigantic demand for those cars once they are robotaxi capable. Both new and used Teslas will go up in value a lot. One way or another Tesla cars will find their way into the hands of people who want to operate a robotaxi business, just like it happened with Airbnb apartments.
No way they let you put your car in the robo taxi network if you leased it… you would go over on miles and that’s why they don’t let you buy the lease cars cause they will do it themselves . If you finance then yes no problem
federal regulation are the most important piece of the puzzle. without them, if you live near the border of your state you can basically only travel in 1 direction from your home with a robotaxi.
One other thing to consider is the reaction of other drivers. I have used FSD and the car slows way down for no reason. This is a take over moment. Somehow isn’t consider a critical moment. Do you believe other drivers will tolerate this constantly happening? FSD without an available driver can’t overcome this yet. Regulation will need to address things like this.
How to prove... 1st step, has to pass a human driving test in multiple states under different conditions. Then data on miles per intervention and miles per accident.
Do you really think banks will loan some schmuck money to buy a robotaxi when they can see it’s easier to do it themselves? The money people will corner the market immediately.
"Do you really think banks will loan some schmuck money to buy a robotaxi when they can see it’s easier to do it themselves? The money people will corner the market immediately." Yes. They will continue with their main business.
I think Brad is wrong, in a good way, that v13 is trained in any way in Austin. There is almost zero chance that's true. That cluster only came online maybe about 30 - 45 days ago, well after v13 was at a stage of rollout. It came online fast, but it still takes a bit of time after that to really get data and nets going. It's my belief that v14 was started or is going to be started in Austin. Even more interesting is they are still in the commissioning stage of the water-cooling tower/system. The currently deployed and running cluster in Austin in still passively cooled with traditional air systems. I think the major use of the water system will be for the deployment and expansion of Dojo. Get ready for 10-100x improvement in FSD!
I went all in on Tesla in late April and have tripled my account by reinvesting with a wee bit of margin. One great investment is outperforming years of working. Don't sell $TSLA, borrow against your position if you need to meet expenses.
There needs to be some thought about leasing a Tesla and put it in the fleet model. With a limit of 10,000 miles per year under lease, there could conceivably be no profit for the lessee.
At the end of the work day, and your car is working, there will be plenty out there to summons for your ride home. Car ownership for transport will become irrelevant. Send your car home instead.
I’ve been Uber driving for 2 years now 1 in my Tesla, 1 in my Rivian R1S. The first adopter’s of Robotaxi will be individuals that use the service to go to work & back home at the end of the day. These people are looking for the cheapest way to get to work & most of them believe it will be worth the risk to save money. Wealthy vacationers will be the last to adopt.
I just need the car to take care of its own payment. If it's an emergency run to the store, I'll just call a closer Robotaxi to take me there and send my personal Tesla to the store to pick me up. Not everyone is a problem solver I guess 🤷
Are human failings like distraction, lack of concentration, alcohol, cell phones etc. taken into account when comparing the safety of Autonomous and Human drivers. Surely accident rate is a far better comparison. Normally comparisons are made by determining whether the outcome is better or worse.
12:12) US states have full authority to reject almost EVery "national' standard - especially related to VEeHIckles. No one expects neuroactively challenged legislators in Alabama or Wyoming or Montana or West Virginia to enter the 21st century.
14:46 I can see one really big roadblock some local governments might raise: requirement to pass written test. Reading is not currently in FSD’s tool chest.
If I buy a Tesla with FSD, it could be years before I consider it as good as I am as a driver. So, I’m not taking my eyes off the road if FSD is driving until I know what it will do in every situation. But, I will always be ready to take over for FSD until I can truly rely on it. I mostly just want FSD to be able to take over driving duties on long road trips when I am tired or the scenery is boring. So, I may only rent FSD when needed and not buy it outright.
I've been professionally trained to drive in several disciplines. I guarantee it's safer than any human on the road today. Almost every Tesla accident is caused by human error in the non Tesla car
@@donpickett202 No way is FSD safer than every driver on the road today. It may be safer than some/most drivers, but not all drivers. I watch the UA-cam videos of what FSD does, and it still makes quite a few mistakes. It is not a better driver than I am, and I have been driving for 54 years without any accidents. If FSD were truly better than all humans, then there would never need to be any interventions. And please tell who will have to pay if unsupervised FSD (not beta version) is in an accident and is found to be at fault?
2:15, 5:00 Tesla FSD revolutionary improvements for year 2024 can be 100 to 1000 folds, not the incremental 10% like other competitors in vehicle self driving or autonomy. Even at 100 folds improvements per year, it will mean 10,000 folds improvements if the rate of improvements is continued for another year. *This is probably the key & main reason why Tesla share price went up about 160% during the past 7 months?*
It will be so hard to buy a Tesla once autonomy is ramping up those that have them will only be buying them to make them money on the network. Tesla will own most. Demand will be infinite.

I agree that there are strategies that could be put in place for solid gains regardless of economy or market condition, but such executions are usually carried out by investment experts or advisors with experience…
I was driving my Model X with FSD v12.5 and the car all the sudden braked on falling leaves. The car behind almost slammed into the back the my car. Tesla still has some work to do to recognize that falling leaves are not dangerous. Another good corner case 😅
No because FSD is all about a massive massive accumulation of Data to perform very complex calculations. A Tesla on a track without a massive amount data of that same environment won't do much good at all. Unless you gather a crazy amount of data of Tesla on a track.
Even though you say it's impossible to get things done in California, they're still progressive and Waymo is offering driverless rides in 2 cities. I think they will be at the forefront of Tesla's driverless rides. Even Newsom backed Elon to support more SpaceX launches despite his feelings toward Elon politically.
I've tried investing in various things that didn't work out as I hoped. Now, I'm looking at ETFs as a more reliable option. What are the best 5 ETFs for a beginner looking to invest a lump sum?
As an investor since 2014, I certainly hope the improvement is exponential, but personally I'm not seeing it. Saw an exponential bump from 11.x to 12.3.6, then very little improvement since then. I have to question how this "critical miles per disengagement" is actually measured. I don't think this is openly shared with the us, the FSD drivers (at least to my knowledge). My experience with 12.5.6.3 is that you are dead man IN MODERATE traffic on many left turns through a traffic light. Many times my Tesla FSD appears to have killed me, if I had not taken over. And it also still gets weird with green/yellow traffic lights. Likewise, my normal stance is to punch down a bit on the accelerator through all lights, or your're either going to get jolted or freak out the guy behind you. Not gonna kill you, but it sometimes takes the turn-round when its supposed to be making a simple left turn. Will Tesla get to FSD - sure - but I'm quite the skeptic on Elon's time frame. Meanwhile, WAYMO isnt in the headlines for killing people on left turn intersections (maybe they avoid them altogether). In fact friends have told me there FSD is supper smooth. I suspect Tesla has realized that there is an issue with pure AI driving a car - its very hard to get get the bugs out - because with AI you can't find a CONCRETE code issue - its all about a delicate balance of retraining - and that can actually be super time consuming. Thoughts?
It sounds like a magabux bonanza for the little guy, to loan your car to make money. Yea, not. The big guys know this play well. They will charge excessive insurance. They will charge excessive maintenance, they will offer cleaning plans. They will offer charging plans, when all is said and done you will make nothing. So don’t get excited.
What if he’s right? What if Elon, Cathie, John Seba and SMR Are all right and it Happens in March 2025????? Or October 25? I bet it’s going to be like Cybertruck and Tesla just can’t make them fast enough.
Here in America all states are connected with a massive Federal government controlled highway system, when the Federal government approves FSD,it will be able to be used in all states regardless of states approval or not .🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑😮😮😮😮😊😊😊😊😊,BUY AND HOLD HOLD HOLD TESLA. 😊
Thanks for the breakdown! Could you help me with something unrelated: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). How should I go about transferring them to Binance?
What the guy in the glasses is failing to understand is, someone who sends their Tesla out will quickly figure out that they can earn more than what the payment on that Tesla is, so then why the fuck wouldn't they just order another Tesla for their own use!? This is game fucking over. Sales of Tesla vehicles is going to double and that isnt even where the majority of profit will come from.
I keep struggling to make sense of the crypto market. I keep missing out on every major pump in the market. I’ve incurred more losses than profits! I’ve tried everything on these UA-cam channels and still end up losing out on big market trends. Seems there’s something I’m not doing right.
You’ve probably been doing it wrong and on your own. You should join a community to help you keep up. Sometimes, watching these videos alone won’t cut it.
Market trends can be easy to follow, especially when you have someone or a few people to mentor you. I wouldn’t have made so much without the help of Beth Christine. Her methods have helped change my view of the market.
Miss Beth Christine. She helps me with trading. She's not perfect but her methods are effective and i barely record losses anymore.😌 Who is this Miss Beth please and how can i contact her?
No doubt that the robo taxi will awaken in 2025. Yet I haven’t heard of any wireless charging infrastructure being placed in the most likely areas of ride service. Until this happens, the Tesla driverless ride share network can’t operate. I’m hoping the less expensive consumer model will launch to fill the gap with more cash flow. Actually I’m not hoping, I’m begging. We need this new model.
It sort of is stupid now, when you think about. My wife and I have a MY and a MX. We’re retired. The cost of ownership is really high. If we were smart, we'd sell one. The times we both need a car are rare. And if it ever does happen, we could Uber. But we’ll never do it. Stupid of us, but habits are hard to break.
I'm going to give my new Tesla to my 92 year old mother. She is in a zero income tax bracket. The money the Tesla earns for her will pay for her all day every day caregiver, and take them both to the doctor when needed. It will likely, at first, be the only taxi of any sort in the spread out small town retirement communtiy where she lives. I will then be driving my newer Cybertruck, until I take delivery on one of the first Robovans and have it customized into the most awesome RV ever.
There's no such thing as a 0% bracket. The standard deduction is $14k for a single person. If her SS and robotaxi earnings exceed $14k, then she's going to pay taxes.

Thank you for this amazing tip. I just looked up , wrote her explaining my financial market goals and scheduled a call
Right now Binance official exchanger have a bug

With robotaxi going in grandma mode it will ease traffic . If everyone goes slower it ease's traffic , u get to destination probably not much slower. Stress free , sounds amazing
if everyone goes slower and drives more predictably, traffic will be reduced by a lot and in slow roads like dense cities average travel time would be reduced greatly
Sounds like a fantasy to sell to idiots like you
@t3hpwninat0r definitely
Love vids like this instead of the talking heads news reaction vids.
When my 86 year old mom can get a robotaxi and take her to go to Dr. Appointment. That will be a great day.
Yes you're right because drivers are tired of her mumblings
@RT-rm9vb That is a joke right.
@sunjun222 these cars catch on fire when they crash sooo just make sure you carry a fire extinguisher when shes riding
@RT-rm9vb The odds are very low of any crash. But I see your point.
@sunjun222 they have a lot of lawsuits on electric cars catching on fire
No way they let you put your car in the robo taxi network if you leased it… you would go over on miles and that’s why they don’t let you buy the lease cars cause they will do it themselves . If you finance then yes no problem
Right. Lease is renting
federal regulation are the most important piece of the puzzle. without them, if you live near the border of your state you can basically only travel in 1 direction from your home with a robotaxi.
12.5 FSD is amazingly good. You can drive for hours on it and just sit there trying not to fall asleep. V13 will be game over.
Do you really think banks will loan some schmuck money to buy a robotaxi when they can see it’s easier to do it themselves? The money people will corner the market immediately.
We'll see. I don't think big money will catch on right away
Better buy some Tesla stock now then
Doesn't everyone pay cash when buying a car?

Yes. They will continue with their main business.

I can't wait for it to come to Australia !!!
With extreme mileage restrictions on leases nobody will be leasing and then letting it go make money for them.
Well done with the correction Steve...... Your all over it Mate. 😉 😄
*you're 😉
Thanks for fixing thumbnail typo
Steven would you consider it for yourself a good business model to have a tesla fleet ?
It’s obvious to me Bill had the job of playing devil’s advocate. For the sake of the podcast, it’s way more entertaining this way.
I went all in on Tesla in late April and have tripled my account by reinvesting with a wee bit of margin. One great investment is outperforming years of working. Don't sell $TSLA, borrow against your position if you need to meet expenses.
I am sure I read that in the FSD agreement. it is only allowed to be used on the Tesla network.
There needs to be some thought about leasing a Tesla and put it in the fleet model. With a limit of 10,000 miles per year under lease, there could conceivably be no profit for the lessee.
So Steve
You agree it’s going to be a tech tonic disruption and Tesla will be the only game in town 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Robotaxis will make long trips easier... turn up at an SC and swap cars into one thats waiting fully charged.
@@simonheath8701 then you have to move all your stuff
Why doesn’t anyone address what happens when a $25,000 asset starts making you $3000 a month in Robo taxi fares? Will old Teslas suddenly be worth 3x?
I just need the car to take care of its own payment.
If it's an emergency run to the store, I'll just call a closer Robotaxi to take me there and send my personal Tesla to the store to pick me up.
Not everyone is a problem solver I guess 🤷
He also fails to think about the in car surveillance that will protect to owners
When leasing is $200/month, even neuroactively challenged folks will make money on a Robotaxi. Heck, seems viable at $500/ month.
SMR. Did you hear about the recent news out of China? Their government has approved Model YRWD for official use. 🥂

I was driving my Model X with FSD v12.5 and the car all the sudden braked on falling leaves. The car behind almost slammed into the back the my car. Tesla still has some work to do to recognize that falling leaves are not dangerous. Another good corner case 😅
Sounds like the other guy was tailgating
@ Yup, the other guy was also tailgating. It’s very common for drivers going 55 mph against a 30 mph speed limit here.
i wonder what FSD could clock up at Nürburg race track without a passenger ...... it could be a measure of how sophisticated it is getting
No because FSD is all about a massive massive accumulation of Data to perform very complex calculations. A Tesla on a track without a massive amount data of that same environment won't do much good at all. Unless you gather a crazy amount of data of Tesla on a track.
Not going to work. AI is trained from data and the don't add race mode data.

What is car insurance going to look like if you have your car on the network?
I’m guessing Tesla will cover the liability while operating as a robotaxi.
"What is car insurance going to look like if you have your car on the network?"
The same. Tesla will cover for the autonomous driving.
Better especially if you’re using Tesla insurance
Thoughts?
Completely wrong
Can you go over the recent study pitting tesla at the top of an unsafe chart? Something doesn't add up
A fsd vehicle is the holy grail of motoring.
I would like to know the percent of cars that used the free FSD this time and how many bought or lease it.
Is it me or does Brad looks like an older version of Steve!
There will be an insane demand for sure.

Yeah.
Might end up with saturation. More vehicles ride sharing than there are rides to give.
I keep struggling to make sense of the crypto market. I keep missing out on every major pump in the market. I’ve incurred more losses than profits! I’ve tried everything on these UA-cam channels and still end up losing out on big market trends. Seems there’s something I’m not doing right.

What about if an individual buys a cybercab? They'll have to buy a wireless charger for their garage.
imact? what is an imact?
Evey household will still have a car. But second one, third? I'm sure it would be increasingly stupid.
To much maybeees when Tesla bring out FSD unsupervised it will be done;)
