love this video so easy to modify for anyone pregnant... baby and I love all the positive blood flow :) ... push up burpees= 15 seconds plank, 15 seconds pushup, 15 seconds plank or whole 60 seconds pushups/ half pushups.... step overs= standing side crunch... mountain climbers= bring your legs out to the side rather than into your chest (as if the baby bump would let you do otherwise anyways lol)
Incorporate some weight into the exercises like step overs and lunges and perform them for fewer reps/time. More weight, fewer reps=bulking, less weight, more reps=toning :)
I put in a lot of effort so my average heart rate was 167 so I burned according to my age and weight 323 calories! Plus 170 from a boot camp workout which is a total of 492 calories burned.
I loved the ski jumps! Never done those before, so that was fun! Also I loved the lunges, at first I thought I wouldn't be able to do them, but still I tried and they weren't bad at all!

Your videos are amazing, I follow your muscle workouts with your cardio ones as well but have been feeling very sore on the knees in the cardio workouts - my knees are actually a little weak so was wondering if you could share a cardio workout with us for those people that have somewhat weaker knees either due to genetics, an accident, age or etc... It would really appeal to so many people :) Your videos are very exciting and don't want to stop them - going on a treadmill gets way too boring! Thanks so much!!

Had to pause and slow down multiple times to do this workout! It's kickass. My favorite cardio is running or dancing. Burns lots of calories and is super fun :)

I have PCOS, and it takes twice as long to lose fat because of the insulin levels. I lost 60pds so far, and just want to lose fat around my belly. Boy does this workout kick my butt. Thanks.

Hello, Kelsey. I do enjoy your workouts in XHIT Daily. I want to know how much workouts do I need to do per day. I'm currently watching three videos a day, so maybe 25-30 munites of workouts per day. Is it okay, or do I need to do more?
hey this was put up on my birhtday! lol hated the push-up to burpee at the end and I liked the burn of the lunge hops but those were difficult too! Great workout!
favorite cardio is actually running outside, the smell is great and I usually pick hilly type routes to keep it interesting. My hated cardio is probably blurpees haha
Vlada is right. Muscles do not build themselves while you are working out, they build themselves while resting. Don't forget to eat properly after your work out as well. Muscles need protein to help themselves rebuild.
Doing those lunge hops after a leg day... I was feeling the burn! And I love how the time got shorter.. made it way more interesting for some reason. (:
Great great challenging workout! Love it! I usually do a 50 - 60 minute workout and like to combine different workouts together for variety. There's enough on XHIT Daily to do that:) I like the stepovers -- it's something different and gets your heart rate up. I hate the frog jumps but they are also good for getting your heart rate up.

I use to have this as my morning work out but now I just watch your videos scoop out which ones I like then I usually end up doing em on the weekend or if I find time during the week I'll do one or two, but I try to exercise at least 4 times a week sometimes doesn't always work out haha

I combined this workout with the Spartan and Muscle Confusion workouts. The move I liked best in this workout was the swings (used a kbell), step overs, and the frog jumps b/c they felt fresh. My least fave were mountain climbers and burpees. They are sooo played out. I subbed deck squats for the burpees.
i only did the first part of the workout but i think thats enough for a person who just started working out again lol

Today is my first day doing cardio. It was difficult for me but I continued. I was sweating a lot. It's good will continue doing it.

i live on the 14th floor so i use a yoga mat and there is almost no noise as the mat cushions the impact...
