      +LusiviaWhite Dodaję go zazwyczaj po treningu siłowym i jest do tego świetny. Niezbyt długi, ale serce zaczyna bić szybciej w krótkim czasie. Oprócz efektów zewnętrznych dochodzi mega podniesione samopoczucie. Polecam bardzo jako dodatek do treningu :)

    Anything with lunges are terrible. The frog jumps are great though!

    I did everything except for the burpees because I was nearly fainting lmao BUT HEY I did the whole thing I'm so proud of myself (and I'm also sweating a loooot)

    was not expecting this work out to be as difficult as it was but I love it, will definitely shed my holiday cookies and cakes in no time :)

    love this video so easy to modify for anyone pregnant... baby and I love all the positive blood flow :) ... push up burpees= 15 seconds plank, 15 seconds pushup, 15 seconds plank or whole 60 seconds pushups/ half pushups.... step overs= standing side crunch... mountain climbers= bring your legs out to the side rather than into your chest (as if the baby bump would let you do otherwise anyways lol)

    Incorporate some weight into the exercises like step overs and lunges and perform them for fewer reps/time. More weight, fewer reps=bulking, less weight, more reps=toning :)

    Today is my first day doing cardio. It was difficult for me but I continued. I was sweating a lot. It's good will continue doing it.

    I put in a lot of effort so my average heart rate was 167 so I burned according to my age and weight 323 calories! Plus 170 from a boot camp workout which is a total of 492 calories burned.

      i live on the 14th floor so i use a yoga mat and there is almost no noise as the mat cushions the impact...

    I loved the ski jumps! Never done those before, so that was fun! Also I loved the lunges, at first I thought I wouldn't be able to do them, but still I tried and they weren't bad at all!

    Your videos are amazing, I follow your muscle workouts with your cardio ones as well but have been feeling very sore on the knees in the cardio workouts - my knees are actually a little weak so was wondering if you could share a cardio workout with us for those people that have somewhat weaker knees either due to genetics, an accident, age or etc... It would really appeal to so many people :) Your videos are very exciting and don't want to stop them - going on a treadmill gets way too boring! Thanks so much!!

    Had to pause and slow down multiple times to do this workout! It's kickass. My favorite cardio is running or dancing. Burns lots of calories and is super fun :)

    Hey! I really like that video with such an amazing excersises but i really need to know if they're helpful. I mean can I lose fat only with these and not to get too fit at the same time. Because I don't want to turn my fat into a muscle mass. Thanks.

    I hate running hence i always avoid the treadmill but i don't mind doing cardio exercises like this... Is that weird?

      Haha no, I hate running vs. cardio too. Unfortunately I want to thin my thighs so I guess I have to get over it :P

    Check out their calf toner workout. But some cardio exercise work also for the calfs: running ( or walking), skier jumps etc.

    OMG it is a killer workout I have been doing it for few days and can see the difference. Burpees kills me I skip it some times. Thanx Kelsey for this exercise.

    I have PCOS, and it takes twice as long to lose fat because of the insulin levels. I lost 60pds so far, and just want to lose fat around my belly. Boy does this workout kick my butt. Thanks.

    OMG! It was an awesome workout!
    At the end I got totally sweaty :D The last 5 mins was a close death experience for me but I did it!!

    This was awesome! Thanks for the video. I really liked all of them, except the step overs because I didn't have a thing to step over, but other than that, this video was exceptional!!! I'm sweating so much! I loved the skier jumps! It didn't look like much, but it got me sweating!

    favorite cardio is actually running outside, the smell is great and I usually pick hilly type routes to keep it interesting. My hated cardio is probably blurpees haha

    This was really great! A lot more difficult than I expected.

    I do 3 different videos 7 days a week. I started 2 weeks ago and I'm already starting to see results! (I'm skinny I just want to tone my body)

      Vlada is right. Muscles do not build themselves while you are working out, they build themselves while resting. Don't forget to eat properly after your work out as well. Muscles need protein to help themselves rebuild.

    Great great challenging workout! Love it! I usually do a 50 - 60 minute workout and like to combine different workouts together for variety. There's enough on XHIT Daily to do that:) I like the stepovers -- it's something different and gets your heart rate up. I hate the frog jumps but they are also good for getting your heart rate up.

    I use to have this as my morning work out but now I just watch your videos scoop out which ones I like then I usually end up doing em on the weekend or if I find time during the week I'll do one or two, but I try to exercise at least 4 times a week sometimes doesn't always work out haha

    Everyone's body is different. Just do the workouts, eat right and be patient. Don't rush the weight loss.

    I combined this workout with the Spartan and Muscle Confusion workouts. The move I liked best in this workout was the swings (used a kbell), step overs, and the frog jumps b/c they felt fresh. My least fave were mountain climbers and burpees. They are sooo played out. I subbed deck squats for the burpees.
