it's not expensive, it's time consuming. You either spend your life cooking, eating and working out, or you have an iron will , discipline and organization to insert all this into your daily life. Good luck if you have small kids (or even not so small)

I can easily do 3 miles.. once you do it after awhile it become really easy. I now can do 5 miles as an entire little workout...

It depends on the quantity, so if it really is super healthy for you and you eat one square then it would be worth it. Because of how much there is and how long it lasts.

Healthy dieting should never leave you hungry. If it does you need to change something
I do agree with this! If you eat better, healthier foods then your body doesn't need as much to eat anyway. People need to learn to trust their bodies! If you eat something healthy and are full, don't eat anymore. If you eat good and are still hungry, then eat! Your body is so strong and is designed to keep you at peak health but you HAVE to feed it good food or it can't perform. You can eat something that is nutrient dense and helping your body and small (you can feel full), and someone will make fun of you while they can eat (whole stack of pancakes) that won't be good for their body in the long run, or the day in fact before they have to eat again.
I agree with some diets unless you are starting off with a kito diet then you will be hungry at the beginning. But some people do go to far when they are starting off.
And everybody is diffrent, just like workouts, diets are diffrent for everyone. Especially if they have certain deficiencies, also allergies.
People should defiantly figure out what works best for them instead of copying someone else.

Well it depends what hungry means... Because , I think we're just used to eat more than what we need. How can you explain someone eating all the time ? Or the fact that the people are getting more and more obese (statistics say that).

Getting a Victoria’s Secret angel body is NOT unrealistic. Anyone in the world could get their body. It takes A LOT of time, effort, motivation and dedication.. definitely not easy by any means.. but it is possible.

I might be really weird or hungry but that food looks good....
This is the type of food our body needs (portions depends by individual, but just eat enough to make you full). When we eat unhealthy foods, our body keeps craving because we are not giving it what it actually needs to feel energetic. This is why if you eat healthy you won't crave unhealthiness at all once you get used to it.

When I had to cut weight for my BJJ tournaments. This was literally my life. Cardio till I had painful blisters on my feet and lifting. Calorie intake is under 900 but you burn over 1500 (including sitting around and exercising) do this long enough and you'll go bald or have extreme hair thinning like I did. Loved my body then, but no way in the world was that healthy.

She was literally starving herself. Where is the website that told you that models eat like this every day. You said, bot everyone could eat healthy, there was nothing healthy about that video. Promoting a diet of no more than 700 calories a day is kind of horrible.

over time, your body knows that you are not getting the right amount of food, if you are only eating 700 kcal's a day. the body starts to use your protein as energi, and it slows down your metabolism. slower metabolism also means fewer hunger and cravings. because no, she is not eating a lot. she ate a lot of vegetables, (fibers), so that is maybe why she felt full. but you can also tell, that losing 6 pounds in a week, isn't healthy.

And if you lose 6 pounds in a week you undereat with over a 1000 calories a day which is unhealthy because you are not breaking down fat but muscles and that is gonna effect your hearth. So no, this isn't a healthy amount for her to eat.

Please, do not restrict yourself to achieve something impossible while neglecting yourself and loved ones for the sake of something so superficial. the models performing on Victoria Secret runways are genetically slim, and yet they are forced to believe that they’re something that they’re not. Do not “diet”, and most importantly, do not starve, or shame yourself based on your appearance. This is how something initially fun, and harmless, becomes an obsession and slowly takes away from your lives.

Guys VS model’s diet is not normally like this. They usually just do this as prep for the show. This type of diet is not healthy, especially considering how hard Katie goes in her workouts. She needs WAY more food than what she was eating because of how much she ran (did cardio). I also don’t agree with the crazy emphasis put on calories, you need them to function. Eat well, don’t starve yourself. DON’T DO THIS DIET.

Watching this video inspired me to lose 15 lbs in 1 month while doing a lot of what you did in this video! I modified it slightly to manage it for my life (I put milk in my coffee and can't NOT do that lol) and I don't have a gym membership but I worked out at home and cooked a lot of the stuff that you made in this video and it was great! Girl it's great that you're trying to achieve your goals but 15lbs in one month is not long term, it's a fad dieting method and you will damage your metabolism. Things like this should never be done for more than a week, because it's not enough food to sustain a healthy lifestyle.
