  • I took a little break from UA-cam because I had a lot of things going on and I was feeling very stressed, but I’m back!! In today’s video we have an upper body workout! Make sure when you are performing an exercise you are engaging your core and leg muscles for balance, but keep the mind to muscle connection within your upper body!
