YOU SHOULD REMODEL AN RV TOO! What model would you choose? Sweet Fleetwood Prowler my brother picked up for less than a $1,000. Follow our journey and subscribe! I'll be posting another video soon of the final result of the remodel!

I really love the floor plan for this RV, especially the two doors! I’ve wanted to get an old camper and fix it up, unfortunately my husband doesn’t share my enthusiasm. Lol
Man... you're really crankin' these videos out! Good work bro!
It’s so funny he said “vintage camper” this is the exact trailer my grandparent’s owned and took us camping in every summer. I’m 34 so I guess it is vintage now lol
Right.. its not even vintage lol i was thinking vintage would be like 70s model lol
I just picked up a 1970s trophy camper gonna restore it for use in the summer
I’m buying a 1978 Nomad Travel 17’ this weekend and I’m so excited!!!!! I’m gonna reno tf out of it and make it my tiny home and then I’ll pull it with my Land Rover
I’d sell the range on Craig’s List and put another storage cupboard in it’s place. Get a two-burner induction cooker, a 6-quart Instant Pot, and a convection microwave. Install a larger sink. Consider a DIY composting toilet. Several skoolie channels show excellent ones that duplicate every function of the $1K brands for much less. That way, there is no black tank, only a gray one, and perhaps a larger fresh water tank. Consider a water filtration system.
Dump the dUMP!! First off! That’s worth a like right there.
I have an 87 model almost identical, made it through the Winter in Wisconsin, but now having to update fuse box. Good luck.
I had looked into those portable industrialized ion machines. They have small ones. The ions bond with the stinky molecules. And you have to stay for a while& pets as well. Then go back in open windows & doors & let it air out.
It could be a real investment. You could use it to get smells out of a old car.
I just want to note if you are looking for a camper and you’re worried about the roof rot and water damage it’s a lot cheaper to fix that and get it for a grand versus buying brand new and finding that out right away and second of all know what kind of fridge you got they might have a fridge where it has 120 V 12 V and propane they just haven’t switched it on the switch in the inside of the fridge
Dude I have almost the same trailer it has the same room divider! Has a really similar layout! Doing a full remodel myself!
94... haha look like a 1974 or 5 my friend

I'm so jelly bruh. I'm trying to get myself a camper I can live in full time.
There are people giving them away all the time (older ones). I just got two for free, one is even in pretty decent shape :D
Damn bro that's awesome. In my area even older campers (Wich is what I want) nobody is trying to come off of, at least not for cheap lol.
@@Soren27 You might have to drive a little ways, but I imagine you can find some. Post a listing in your local classifieds saying you're looking for an older one for free, someone might message you.
Me too brotha. Nothing wrong with that!
Good information! Thanks for sharing!
Do you have an update on this I have the exact same trailer and Im renovating it and Im really curious on how the remodel turns out
We have this exact camper. There is a small little box with the push alarm when you first open the door on the bottom of the cabinet that contains the sink do you know what that is for?
that is not "totally gutted" lol its more or less cleared out.
Looks pretty gutted to me
Worse than cigarette smoke would be smoke smell from a previous fire. Just another thing you’d want to check for.
Pretty sure He mean't 1983, I have an 1985 Fleetwood Puma Bunkhouse. That I'm trying to turn into a tiny house.
Hello from Cape Cod! I’m actually going to pick up a camper almost exactly like this one tomorrow (as long as my Beast can tow it). It’s a Prowler, double axle, split bunk. Getting it for free. Even the vintage hubcaps are the same! Any extra tips on the the roofing and/or materials? We need to do this on a budget but super excited about it. We’ve never had a camper before. Thanks 🙂
I've bought the exact same prowler and need more info on what y'all did
Hello,
I am considering the purchase of a 1989 , 15 ft Resort Trailer . Can you recommend what you feel is the best Brand and type of roofing material to apply to prevent leaking. Thank you, Bill
And the only thing you need to know is if you’re looking for a camper like what they got don’t look for RV are recreational vehicles a.k.a. campers with engines that is just a camper trailer
What product did he use on the roof? Found a trailer similar for $500.
Haha someone's cellphone was on the roof u der that exhaust thingy. Hope they didn't misplace it!
looks like a utility knife
What is the tow weight?
Way older than 93
Bought one not in similar condition, mine is all bad, pretty much made a pile of everything today. If you want to see it, my insta is my name.
Lol RV is recreational vehicle that’s a travel trailer
You think that’s retro. I have the same paint scheme smaller version in the ‘83 model 🤣
