Awesome video! Well produced and I like your camera persons commentary. You also answered a specific question I had about my 2011 Columbia Eagle and that was what to do with the A2 wire which has its own terminal on the original Sevcon controller.
Enjoyed the video! Respectfully majorly disagree about frames. Being on Long Island we have repaired numerous EZGO and Yamaha frames that have rusted through due to them being nothing more then painted steel tubing. Never once have we repaired a Club Car frame. CC uses leaf springs which is far superior for 4 seat and utility carts then Yamaha’s dual shock setup, this is why G29s need a rear stabilizer. The G29 is also famous for steering component failure. I won’t bring up Club Car is made in the USA 😀
What is the name of the company where you got the cables? Thanks for the video!
Can a 600amp controller be added to the existing factory pen motor?
Is it absolutely necessary to remove the entire body or is that just for convenience/accessibility?
It was a total restore so the body was already off. It does make it easier but not a necessity.
Did you put this 600amp on a stock motor?
we will never know. Sounded like he was getting a new motor so probably not the stock dc motor
How do you sodder?
Hey there please give me a call asap
