Honestly I’ve always struggled staying persistent with doing Pilates and workouts but ever sinse I’ve found Madeline’s channel I’ve only missed out on probably one day a week for the past month and I can physically and mentally see changes ❤❤

Day 2: Woke up sore from day 1 but did a stretch before starting this workout (I recommend you do). Although it was a short video, the workouts were a bit hard to do. However, it felt nice moving and getting the core going. Keep it up, everyone!! We got this!!

Im extremely out of shape; before completing the entire month, ill pratice this video for one week to gain enough strengh in my abs to actually do the 1 month challenge! DAY 1 - It was hard. My back is stiff, my legs are stiff and i cant complete all of the exercices. I had to take longer breaks but I still managed until the end ! Lets see hwo tommorrow holds up!
