    Starting
    Day 1: ✅-sweated so much but it was maintable loved it thankyou so much
    I’ll keep giving updates!
    Day 2: ✅- on my period but still did it quite proud of myself
    Day 3: ✅- really put a good session today

      @Blerta-m3h I'm doing it, but I've already done other challenges on the channel. And I loved it, it made my muscles firmer, and after I finished I started focusing more on bodybuilding than Pilates.

    Honestly I’ve always struggled staying persistent with doing Pilates and workouts but ever sinse I’ve found Madeline’s channel I’ve only missed out on probably one day a week for the past month and I can physically and mentally see changes ❤❤

    with the first plan i was like “god my arms hurts more than anything” but with this one??? girl i stopped feeling my arms and only felt the burnnn😭😭 loved that actually but still❤️😭

    Далась немного тяжело, так как добавила груз на ноги и взяла перерыв перед последним упражнением. Но мне понравилось.

    Day 2: Woke up sore from day 1 but did a stretch before starting this workout (I recommend you do). Although it was a short video, the workouts were a bit hard to do. However, it felt nice moving and getting the core going. Keep it up, everyone!! We got this!!

    This plan is so much more challenging than the other one month plan (finished the other one right before starting this one yesterday) but I LOVE ITTTTTTT, honestly never stuck to a workout for so long. These ones changed that tho!

    I can’t get my legs straight up so it makes those exercises more difficult but that’s definitely good for me. I loved this one today even though it was hard! Love your videos madeleine! ❤

    This one had me sweating and my legs were shaking like a baby deer 😭 this was quite challenging but I pushed through it only taking one break, as i have a holiday in 2 months and i wanna be looking and feeling like my best self.

    I thought 9 mins of workout is nothing and I'll easily complete it. THIS got me triple sweat, triple pain. Still glad I found it, no pain no gain

    It was totally burning!! It wasn't too hard for me which I'm surprised after reading other comments bcz I find any simple thing too much for me but nevertheless it was worth it! I'm definitely doing this everyday along with the others!

    Второй день завершён 05.12.24 . Хоть тренировка не долгая, но очень тяжёлая для меня. Я чувствовала как мой "пресс " горел, чувствовалась боль. Я так же не смогла выдержать и сделать все упражнения до конца, но я стараюсь. Люди, не забывайте делать растяжку до и после тренировки. Может кто-нибудь посоветовать видео с хорошей растяжкой. Всем удачи и хорошего дня ❤❤

    Im extremely out of shape; before completing the entire month, ill pratice this video for one week to gain enough strengh in my abs to actually do the 1 month challenge!
    DAY 1 - It was hard. My back is stiff, my legs are stiff and i cant complete all of the exercices. I had to take longer breaks but I still managed until the end ! Lets see hwo tommorrow holds up!
