I have PCOS, 30 kg surplus weight, and hate cardio so i opted for pilates. Tried a lots of it, but Maddies is the only one that kept me doing it. I'm grateful for well-put exercises! Oh my God. I did this when i was following your 1 week plan. That time, i was crying, begging to time go faster so i can end that pilates day sooner. But now, when i did this pilates (which also similar with the previous exercise i followed), i can follow this entire video without too much struggle like before. Thank you so much Madeline!❤
girls!! If you do any workouts you need have good breaths! I just opened my window and fresh air brought me some strength. And in biology says that if you don't your muscle pain, just have good deep breath while workout, theres blood with 02 going to out muscles and etc..

i really loved this upper body workout. i've tried other calisthenic arm workouts and they were either too advanced or too easy. this one was the perfect difficulty

Day 3: ok so confession time, I missed yesterday because life happened, so I'm starting day 3 a day late. Anyways, like always, I did a stretch before starting. This workout was a good pace, and I DEFINITELY felt the burn. I feel good, and I can't wait for day 4! We got this 👍 💪✨️
im sweating and still so sore from yesterday. this one has me realizing how weak forearms, wrists, and shoulders are. i hope to see them improve but this was so difficult

I noticed that I won't feel sore during and right after. I would feel sore after a night's rest. But the soreness is good kind of soreness! And reallyyyy, sweat overload hahaha it was fun. Day 3 ✅
