Just to add another tips, Paralegals are professionals who possess legal knowledge and training, often acquired through specialized education programs or on-the-job experience. They work under the supervision of attorneys and perform tasks such as legal research, drafting legal documents, and assisting in trial preparation.

In you opinion do you need to be an experienced paralegal? I have policy writing currently a HR leader ( he for over 20 years). Master’s degree. Looking for a change
It depends on what you want to offer! Essentially, you need to be experienced and confident in what you’re offering. Law firms require assistance above and beyond paralegal work. There’s room for HR, legal assistants, executive assistants, bookkeeping, etc etc in this space at law firms. This video gives advice that will apply to all of those “niche” offerings :)
Is the course for established paralegals only ? Ive been in real estate 20 years and would like to add as a service title/deed work, doc prep and recording services as its apparent theres a need for these services in this area.
What about training or qualifications for this specific field ?
This would be a fantastic service offering that you can package up and sell as a “product.” Have you done title and deed work/recording before, or are you asking how to gain that knowledge?

I am finding there are more people who require help and less people to provide it, also a greater amount of errors in that aspect of the business that adversely effect the public.
