They're always messing up things and imploding the established order, while acting heroic at the same time they pick stuff from people's houses, corpses, and heavily armed institutions. This is not to mention the huge number of random activities they do, and how easy is to blackmail or fool them to do anything; even a farmer or a homeless person ask them for favors and they do it so they can say they're popular and helping everyone. If you were to see such a person coming while carrying a huge amount of bags filled with items and then asked you for the third time this day if you wanna exchange anything in your pockets for one of their items, you would probably also like the npcs on this video.
