The 32 H&R mag version hold 6 rounds instead of 5, same power as the standard pressure 38 Special.

Why go with 32h&r and not 327fed? and still have the option of the h&r with even more choices?

I think the 327fed is much higher pressure and didn't work with this design.

​@@GunTalkTV Too bad; it's a cool caliber. I'd love to see a ten shot N-frame .327 Federal with accessory rails. One on top for a reflex sight and one on the bottom for light/laser. With speedloaders that would be a very tactical setup!

So it's a weaker frame than the ruger sp101 in the current configuration? the reason I'm asking is I have the sp101 in 327fed so I'm not sure the difference

​@stevenm6065 your sp101 is a stainless revolver that weighs 25-30 oz. Depending on model. The 642 in this video is aluminum frame and weighs 16 oz.

my lgs requested one for me a few weeks back. got so antsy I went out and picked up a 351c to keep me busy while waiting. might be pushing my luck but does anybody know if these will qualify for the current $50 S&W j frame rebate? 🤷‍♂😂might be able to squeeze a box of lost river ammo into the budget
