As a new subscriber and skin care junkie I’ve been binge watching your videos (like most others, it seems!). So happy for your positive experience at work❣️ I’ve told you my husband is an MD, but not what kind. He’s a family med doc who takes care of the indigent and underserved at our local clinic. Because of his prior rural experience, he does upper and lower endoscopies and c-sections, as well. Colonoscopies are his most gratifying and emotionally difficult procedures by far. Definitely not a procedure at the top of most doctors-to-be lists. When he comes home after removing a cancer, and the patient doesn’t require further surgery he’s on such a high. Sorry for the rambling story, but I’m proud of him and his work ❤️. Proud of you, too 😊

It's such a privilege to see an authentic female physician share her day with us. It's so important for aspiring docs to see it is not like what you see on TV! I am in healthcare myself, and agree that 75% of the time, it is not gratifying to take care of people in pain or need, or deal with bureaucracy or limited resources. Sadly, being in healthcare can be draining and not as fulfilling as one hopes. I also live for that 25% when you feel like you have made a significant improvement in someone's life, and it does feel like a "high" . Thank-you for being vulnerable and honest with us. Love and blessings to you.

One thing that I have noticed for many years when observing the health care system: NOTHING IS EVER CURED! We have to treat diseases with the same old treatments that ameliorate some of the symptoms of disease, but you never PERMANENTLY CURE anything! It is frustrating to those of us who suffer from chronic skin diseases, especially!
I hadn’t discovered you at the release of this video, but upon seeing “emotional day” I had to know! I was worried something was wrong! Upon seeing your grocery haul when you were on “some kind of” kick with wraps (jicama & seaweed) I thought to myself “lol she’s a (w)rapper!” And then I thought “well DUH...she IS Dr. Dray!! 😂

I'm loving your fun side and grocery hauls (looks so similar to mine! LOVE that cashew milk. It's all I use in my AM smoothies!). Thank you for making a UA-cam channel!!

Lol! Candle sniffing is my compulsion...i sniff one and then I feel obliged to sniff everyone in the store. Telangiectasias on the face can be treated a variety of ways depending on the size of the vessel. Usually vascular laser or electrosurgery. I would have someone look at the lesions under your eyes if you aren't certain what they are. There are a few electrosurgical options for managing both milia and syringoma. Hope this helps and that you are having a great night!

Dear Dr Dray, Being retired now, I totally understand your emotional walk home and good for you that you let those beautiful emotions surface. And how sad is it - that there are very few times that we feel like we actually made a difference...even a slight difference. Good for you. Keep those special moments and "pearls" alive! Oh, we love our profession BUT like you stated at the end of your vlog, it's all the politics and certain people we need to deal with. Then, you experience that "special feeling" and you say to yourself, yep, this is why I chose this profession. You pause for a minute and SMILE ☺ and this lovely peace flows through your body. Cherish those far and few between moments. Loved the vlog. 😎

Neutrogena is horrible for people with sensitive skin. I used the sunscreen and a cleanser and I broke out in hives all around my body within 3 days. Wouldn’t recommend for sensitive skin

In my opinion the humidity of Houston contributes a lot to help the skin, I live in Phoenix area, not only is the weather hot but it is also very, very dry. The people here actually sweat, much of what is said "sweat" in Houston is the humidity of the environment. I think that moisture is more absorbed more with Hyaluronic acid serum. The weather makes a lot of difference between one place and another. I have a cold humidifier in my bedroom. Something curious, but fur coats, should be put in a cold place with controlled humidity in summer, this is so that the skin is preserved and the hair does not fall out. What do you think about what to use in places like mine? I send you many greetings and I am a fan of yours. Thank you

And I started using Differin gel and have followed your regime~ (cleansers, BP, etc,) and it's been almost 2 weeks and I don't think the results are just in your head.... I have noticed a difference already! I had a couple of areas under the jaw line that just wouldn't heal properly and get clear or stay clear~ they are already showing a great improvement!!! And that is an obvious change~ so I know it's not placebo for that, so yeah~ I think your skin may be firmer/better in 2 weeks! thanks for allowing us to share this journey with you~ starting this with a 'friend' has been much easier and less scary!

6 months ago i went to the ER . I was having a massive stroke. It changed my life. Honestly , for the better, because i "woke up " mentally.
I'm recovering amazingly well. I was able to return to er , icu and neuro floor and thank them. That was a HUGE goal.
Anyway all the babbling aside, thank you for all you do ❤ you're amazing. You change lives.
