Unabuy fruits anakula mob kukuliko, unapata zimeisha,
This is great Suzy. Thanks for this informative topic. God bless
Most welcome. Thank you for watching! 🌼🌼
😂😂😂😂I soooo love your videos ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you!! 🎉🎉
Even me I can't even!!!... that's crazy ati loan ya SACCO 😂😂😂😂
In other news it depends on how a househelp leaves - if she left roho safi I can take her back. It depends on the quality of the exit.
Yes, even me I can't even! 😂😂😂
Nice that you would take her back.
But if I am payed normally 8-15th what should I do?
Communicate
I think this would be nice to explain to her when she comes to work for you, so that she's aware. That should be okay. 🌸🌸
I had one who got pregnant. She was so nice with my son.I would take her back if she came back. She had a wonderful heart... she got married though
Awww! That is so sweet! 💐💐
I Pay her by 30 th before rent. One of my rules, all hse work shd end by 9 pm at 10 all lights shd be off. The problem she doesn't av passion for kids Na simu always
That's a very good rule, about the lights off. 💯💯
I also don't inspect DM's bags but I often wonder, she comes in with a rucksack and leave with a heavy suitcase 🤔😏
They leave with heavy suitcase juu umemlipa so amepata pesa ya kujinunulia vitu
I agree with Chepkoech. They buy things bit by bit, as you pay them. At least the nice ones do. 😅😅
Is that per week or per day?
you can never be good enough to this househelps as an employer, when you good to them thy dont trust you wanasema unajifanya utachange.
I feel you Sue! You just do the right thing. God will deal with the rest. That's my philosophy. 😂
this house helps who are complaining are very lazy and lairs so they will come up with excuses which are crazy. even when you are good to them they will appreciate but will talk ill anyway.
Some employers are worse than kidnappers
Unaachia mtu choo hujaflash ama unapea mtoto wa mtu panty akuoshee na ukona watoto
Let's not bring curse upon our kids aki
It's so sad Winnie! 😔😔
@@suzyshomestead extremely sad
I wouldn't re-hire especially if I know I did nothing wrong.
Me neither Joyce! ☺️☺️
i had alot of drama with my househelp once,so i gave her all her money and made her go back to the village but, i was 4months pregnant with a one year old toddler, she was perfect with my toddler when it came all cleanness and feeding, the toddler was even gaining weight very well,BUT...BUT..she had alot of boyfriends and sometimes went with the toddler,,so i made her leave..but when i gave birth i sent fair to the same village but she came herself...so she said she was sorry and she was young at that time so now shez already 18 and says she will do better,,but even before my new baby was 40 days old she slept outside the house with our neighbor's shopkeeper and my mother got her red handed and said if i still wanna keep her i should leave her house, so i went back to my house with the house help but she got worst even bringing men in the house imagine with a toddler and a baby(what was she thinking??) so i just chucked her one evening i've never been so furious as that day,,well now i have a new one shez okay but expecting to go home during xmas season, am planning on not letting her back i will need alot of tips from you to do without househelps,,aaaargh!
Wah! So sorry for that. Praying you get a good one. 💐💐
She deserves a holiday break
I waited for that fire post that you said will shock us but there was no translation on english, please someone write me what that was 😂

Thank you Libby! 🌟🌟
Me i don't like friendship wth fellow house helps coz if u r nt careful utaaribiwa job

The process of hiring a nanny who is a good fit and has staying power should be included in a thousand ways to die 🤣🤣🤣. God help us
Yes it should Edith! LoL! 😂😂
Yeeees
najivunia kujua UA-cam channel yako
Aaaawww!! Such kind words! Thanks a lot! 💐💐💐
Fireee fireeee😜🤣🤣🤣🤣
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Guys would you hire a family as your househelp or nanny?
Like cousin? Is it advisable ?
Don’t dare, that’s how entitlement starts and your family business gets back to the family. But some have worked it’s hard though.
No
Not advisable
Nop..
I agree with everyone else here Lucy. It's a No for me too. 😅😅
No l will not take her back but she did not want the job if she wanted the job she will stay
Rehiring I have never thought of such a thing...why did they leave in the first place?
So true! 👏🏾👏🏾
I don't usually go through their bags either but i did for one who was a habitual thug & found she had thugged quite a bit of stuff and more shocking passport pictures of myself, hubby and our kid! Jeez! Mpaka nikadhani ni mchawi.
Wuuuiii!! 🙆🏾♀️🙆🏾♀️
😂😂😂😂its the salt for tea and sugar kwa mboga for me......
I know, right?! 😂😂😂
what happens if you talk to them then it reaches a point ya kuzoeana or entitled even throwing comment here and there. she even becomes comfortable and even seat in the living room even you have vistors and wants to contribute to your conversations
I think if you have good communication, you can correct her respectfully. Also, it is possible to be friendly and still have boundaries. All the best girl! 💐💐
@@suzyshomestead unfortunately I was so good and treated here so well, I even helped so much around the house instead it's turned like she has divided the duties. Cox of the open communication, I now can tell her to do something and she says she will and if I check if it was done even more than three days after to a week it's not. We are shy of 3months to be two yrs. The'attitude' started this year and I have been talking to her about it. I pay her on the 30 or 1st. Maybe keeping quiet and dealing official would have been better
you know what makes it even more sad is that i even go out of my way and buy her small things like a top here and there, a sweater and even get her son back at home something when buying my kids. this is why i dont understand them at all. she eats all she wants without restrictions. its just crazy.\
I guess she didn’t want money 💰 in her pocket it to last to come back l do not need you anymore
Hii ya kulipwa na kukopwa is very common 😂🤣🤣🤣🤣
Even me when I was a housegirl she used to borrow me
Then ikafika point akikopa namwambia nimetumia alaa😂
Weh! Imagine this is the first time I've heard that Winnie! Kumbe it happens often! Pole Sana!
@@suzyshomestead It's okay dear.... Right now I employ Glory to God but can't stoop that low and borrow from my housegirl
I pity the next generation,I wonder if they will afford house helps.
Good point girl! 🌺🌺
Kkkkk
Nimecheka yote,
Let me tell you maina 🤦🤭 I know of a person very close to her, weee that lady has masarau (madharau), she lost a very good househelp sahii analeta watoto kwangu. Nimekuwa backup yake

I know, right? Drama galore!! 😂😂
Yes, we should find out who she is so we can clone her for all the mamas here! 😂😂😂
I totally agree.all in favour of cloning her hands up😂😂🙌🙌
Alaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!
Alaaaarr!!! 🤣🤣🤣
Re hiring isano 4me
😂😂😂👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Suzy...my story.
This helps are something else. I went through so much yet I was so kind to my former help. I used to pay her 8k and a daybug and I have one child. Only for her to rummer monger and gossip me badly all over but pretending to be the best..Mama mbogas, watchmen, neighbors.all of them sent me voice recordings pictures and videos of how envious and devious she was when it came to me and my family during those gossip hours. Her Facebook profile picture was a picture of her suckling on my baby's bottle. She was psychotic yet a grown woman 45 years old..I have stayed 5 months without help but...
Today I get a new one and I have installed cameras, and printed a set of rules and a contract..I am not playing. My kindness and trust was shattered simbembelezi mtu.. and to remember how I kept her close. Gave her gifts. Had all the meals I had we even used to go out together. Hey work hours were 7am - 6pm but kwangu kazi si mingi, I cook all meals and wash clothes with a washing machine. Hard works like carpets I outsource vijana to wash. Aiiihh
You should see me cleaning this house as I await for her arrival. She will be a live-in. Also I am later cooking a storm with this baby on my back. But I have toughned up. Twas baaaaadd 😳😭 Pray for me mom's.
So sorry Gladys! 😔😔
