Looking good so far,so good. Have a longtime friend who has a 512 cubic hemi-head engine in his 1971 Challenger.Everything under the hood is fighting for space.
I watched your 1st video and i could hear you fine i really like the idea of you donating 10% of your earning to wounded worriers my dad put in his will before he pasted to keep donating he was a sargent in the Korean war. I have a big block 88 monte carlo SS i built.
Don't blame Dan for missing bolts, etc. I watched his video on your car and it's an honest car. You know what you're getting. A stripped down race car.
Im in the same boat as you im changing my turbo 400 on my test drive my car did pretty good untill i got on it and i shifted from low gear to 2nd at 6.400 rpm and my trans decided it wanted another neutral and now i have no more 2nd gear on my brand new turbo 400 manual valve body.
first lift car in front were get under the car with trans motor in place were your lady had it pointed down go underneath guide it as she lowers if installing headers lay them in engine bay llots gigllin you get it
I actually go over that in video tomm morn, but stronger, cheaper to build to handle the power, and no SFI case for 727. And is same engine that was in before… well same block (about all that’s left)!
If you add an extension to your hoist, make sure to extend the legs or add a counterweight.

Looking forward to seeing more.
Wanna see the complete build....love it ..

Definitely gets tight under the hood quick!
The motor is looking good 👍👍
Nice work, would look bad ass with some cragar SS wheels. Skinny in the front , deep in the rear

Haha I’m not, just was poking fun at him a bit! We’re good friends, and I knew exactly what the car was!

Easier to install the engine already on the K frame from the bottom and the headers can also be on the engine during the install.
hpoe ur channel get bigger
I appreciate that!
you need to DD speed shop that hoist.
Just subscribe , i think ur car i gonna fly...lol ...cant wait to see the complete build.💪✌️
One step closer....
What did you do with the engine and trans that was in the car?

It there a reason why you went with a Turbo 400 over a 727 torque flight?

That looks like an excellent way to bust out a windshield
How in the hell are you mating a turbo 400 which is a Chevrolet transmission to a 440 a Chrysler engine?
It’s a Reid case and a Reid bellhousing which is meant to adapt it to a BBM. Then use an ATI flexplate and spacer so can bolt up any TH400 convertor
