Today is the first time I have done this 30min session. Wow….feel pretty tired but so pleased with myself. I am 75 and used to go out with husband and walk miles every day but alas have to walk by myself now if I want to walk out quickly. I hate the rain though so this is ideal for me. Also have some extra weight to lose!

I started off my new workout week with this "new to me" workout. I think when you originally posted a lot of these half hour and longer videos, I was not yet ready to commit to such long workouts, so there are still a lot of them on your playlists that I haven't tried yet. Yay!!😃 I haven't made my workout plans for the rest of the week yet, but I'm hoping to include at least 2 more "new to me" ones and looking forward to trying them! 🙂 (March 10, 2024)

I love these pyramid workouts. I especially appreciated that this uses very little space since I live in a small apartment. I did pick up a set of one-pound hand weights for the last exercise. I think it maybe helped.

Here's another one that slipped through the cracks. I'd have done this routine had it been in your 30 day beginner and intermediate series which I've gone through 3 times. This was a lovely routine which was designed to amp up to intermediate level. A great workout, nice moves, and fun to do, especially with the enjoyable exchanges between you and your Mom! I enjoyed this workout because I can adjust my pace. I like to go faster for a more caloric burning intervals and the movements aren't difficult. Thank you for your videos for us Senior Citizens and people that need the slower pace but still want to keep moving. Your mom is so cute and funny. It is plain to see you ladies have a great bond. Great workout. Used my 2 lb weights throughout with the exception of the 40 second mark. Knew my muscles would be too fatigued to use them on the way down so the 40 second section was my weight break lol.

Today is the first time I have done this 30min session. Wow….feel pretty tired but so pleased with myself. I am 75 and used to go out with husband and walk miles every day but alas have to walk by myself now if I want to walk out quickly. I hate the rain though so this is ideal for me. Also have some extra weight to lose!

I started off my new workout week with this "new to me" workout. I think when you originally posted a lot of these half hour and longer videos, I was not yet ready to commit to such long workouts, so there are still a lot of them on your playlists that I haven't tried yet. I love these pyramid workouts. I especially appreciated that this uses very little space since I live in a small apartment. I did pick up a set of one-pound hand weights for the last exercise. I think it maybe helped.

Here's another one that slipped through the cracks. I'd have done this routine had it been in your 30 day beginner and intermediate series which I've gone through 3 times. This was a lovely routine which was designed to amp up to intermediate level. A great workout, nice moves, and fun to do, especially with the enjoyable exchanges between you and your Mom! I enjoyed this workout because I can adjust my pace. I like to go faster for a more caloric burning intervals and the movements aren't difficult. Thank you for your videos for us Senior Citizens and people that need the slower pace but still want to keep moving. Your mom is so cute and funny. It is plain to see you ladies have a great bond. Great workout. Used my 2 lb weights throughout with the exception of the 40 second mark. Knew my muscles would be too fatigued to use them on the way down so the 40 second section was my weight break lol.

Yes. The CDC recommends that seniors do at least 150 minutes a week of moderate intensity aerobic activity (anything that gets your heart pumping) and 2 days of strength training to build muscle.
