  • This 45 minute full body Pilates workout focuses on the best toning and strengthening exercises for every part of you.     I do HIIT workout / tabata / boxing like everyday , but this OMG I’m just happy that I’m still alive , it was amazingly powerful !

    10 days ago I said to myself: "I'm not going to do this workout, that's too hard". Today I just stopped thinking and started doing. I skipped a few excercises, but still did around 30 minutes. Really proud of myself!

      Type 1 or type 2 diabetes?
      Yes. Diabetes is a huge change in lifestyle and requires a lot of balance.
      I hope you find ways to deal with it. It doesn't hurt to find a buddy who also has diabetes (or a support group) to talk about it. There are others who are struggling too.

    It's my first time doing this pilates workout and after doing this, I feel so much fresher and stronger than before. Even though during this workout I paused many times, take a deep breaths many times, and sweating a lot!! I feel like I wanna give up in the middle, but finally I did it 'till the end! So proud of my self, and I'm going to do this workout every week!!! Thank you❤

      Yeah I can’t do it like this, I go on my elbows it’s way easier but still very challenging

      Elbows is better if the side plank is hurting your elbows, i would stay away from the side plank for now. Possibly strengthen your shoulders and stretch them, this may help you to build up your strength to do a side plank. Good luck!!

    I love this practice! It’s now my go to morning workout. It works out the whole body and I get super sweaty and after a cold shower I feel so energized and refreshed the whole day. Thank you Julia and Mark and the whole team for being so dedicated to your craft and to always bringing the highest quality content to share with the world. You guys are truly inspirational on so many levels. PS I love that your videos are shot outdoors.

    Absolutely loved this class! Love the way you flow from one exercise to another. I like trying different type of workouts, but when I'm back to your always after workout I feel energized, calm and happy and tell mysels this type of workouts with you are best for me. I love that is 45 min and that is a full body workout and the streching in between of course. :) So I would be very happy if see such workouts again in future.

    Yesterday i had a panic attack, slept with my tears covering my face opened my eyes again and decided to do this workout, was definitely the best decision now i feel much better thanks a bunch 💜

    I got super sweaty! I liked this class it was interesting to do new moves. I also like the spirituality and gentleness you bring and weave into all classes - that is also part of the appeal too. Nin
