Day 1 of the 12 day Christmas challenge completed. What a super practice to kick off this challenge. I really enjoyed this strong and effective flow. Great to concentrate on the whole body with emphasis on 2 main muscle groups. Thank you Jacinta. Loved the music by the way.

@@PostureTonic I was determined this morning to complete the class 👍, up a fraction earlier to fit it in 😂🥱. I'm really pleased I did 😀. Tomorrow's 50 minutes might have to be split into 2 parts 🤔. I'll keep an eye 👁️ on the clock. Great start to the challenge Jacinta.
Loved this workout and the slow paced movements! My boyfriend followed along with me so it was really fun. The ab series are absolutely killer, and I might have cursed you during those plie pulses 😅❤ Looking forward for tomorrow!!

Thanks for sharing this awesome workout with us. I am new to your channel and pilates. Your instructions are great but I just need some more information about breath. I know that we should breath out at the harder part and breath in at the easier one. But for me it is not always clear which one is easy and which one is hard. So could you please emphasize the breath in and out part of the movements. Thanks a lot❤
You are correct with timing to exhale. In my beginner levels I often cue breath more but will make sure to cue them a little more for the all levels classes.
Often when we are just starting out with Pilates the breath can be too much to organise with movement and you just flow with what you think is best.
But on particular exercises for eg an ab curl you exhale in the curl and inhale as your return head to the floor.
