Blizzard is never gonna buff Genji. I'm convinced that if the Blizzard higher-ups were given the choice between death, and buffing Genji, they'd choose death. And that's for one reason, and one reason alone: if Genji got buffed, the Genji connoisseurs with 10k hours on the hero are gonna dominate this game.
