I love these oatmeals!!! They've been instrumental in helping me become a healthier me. I eat them at least 3 times a week and I've lost 22lbs and have lowered my blood sugar out of the pre-diabetes range back to a normal range. I also recently experimented with making a few versions of my own (including a few savory ones,) and I also have tried them as pancake recipes. You are amazing! I owe you more thanks than I can express!
+Thomas Favre...sure thing. I enjoy scrambled eggs or omelettes with vegetables in them (like spinach, cheddar and mushroom or onion, tomato and bell pepper.) I also like pancakes. No syrup. I mix chia seeds or nuts or natural peanut butter in the mix (depending on my mood) and have fruit or a healthy fruit compote on top (bananas, apples, blueberries, whatever you like.) It's all about the balance. Carbs for energy, protein to keep you fuller longer, and fiber aids in digestion. I also drink lots of water.
Thanks Stefan! I've been looking for meal ideas for breakfast. I used to eat the same thing everyday but now I want to change that habit, it's getting old. Don't you feel hungry before lunch time when you have the pancakes and fruit compote? I occasionally do scrambled eggs with vegetables but I don't want to have egg yolks too often and I'm not satisfied with the taste when using only egg whites. +Thomas Favre...I usually have 2 whole eggs with a lot of veggies. And the pancakes will be filling if you have the protein boost from the seeds, nuts, or nut butters plus the fiber boost from fruit or fruit compote. For the fruit compote, just use plenty of fruit.

I just did them and.... OH BOY they're delicious. Instead of using oats I used whole wheat bran, which has nearly 50% fiber and tastes amazing, and nectarine, a common summer fruit in Spain. You're awesome girl!!!!!

Satisfies my sweet tooth and keeps me full for a long time. Hi! I have a variation of the apple walnut. What I did was instead of chia seeds I used a scoop of vanilla whey protein then instead of brown sugar I put in chopped quezo de bola. Your base ingredients are really useful and I just try out different toppings.

I've only tried the carrot cake, piña colada, and apple walnut but I am very confident that all the combinations are as good as those three (carrot cake being my favorite)! Although they don't fill me up and I occasionally find myself snacking on something an hour after I eat these oats, I would eat them as a light meal and not as something to jumpstart my day. 10/10 on flavor :D

Perfect! I've been trying to eat healthier breakfast instead of my chocolate muffins recently and I tried overnight oatmeal for the first time this morning! I tried honey and dried cranberry flavor. liked it a lot and was going to go fix another batch for tomorrow:) What a perfect timing! I think I have to try the peaches and cream...:) yum I have an almost-empty bottle of strawberry jam so I think I might just make overnight oatmeal in that jar... Lol

For some reason she reminds me of Ginnifer Goodwin from Once Upon a Time. Maybe it's just the haircut? But I will definitely be trying those recipes!
I added lemon zest to the blueberries and it was delicious!!! 😋 And I used blueberry jam as I didn't have blackberry jam and it worked so well!
