This video showcases one of the strongest builds in PD2 season one, the Windforce Multi Shot Bowazon. The Windforce Bowazon has a ton of viable gear and skill options which makes it an extremely fun build. This guide speaks to my preferences and what I think is optimal, though you might not share the same ideas - that's what makes the game so fun!

Saracens Chance is a great option as well for the amulet. You don't need the IAS from amulet with 45% IAS helm, 20% on windforce, 20% on LoH, and a corruption for 10% ias on gloves or belt

hey there, i am considering making a bowason to play with my druid friend but it is on hardcore, if u change some dex into vita u still think dmg would be good enough? i also was thinking about adding pride to a2 merc since he will be rocking a1 merc with tri aura Havnt played amazon at all and is in general more comofortable on casters but i see how much me and a druid would share dmg buffs in common + the extra meatshields should be helpful, great guide and nice video ! :)

Is there any gear/part that you want to improve/change? I wonder whether you would be pleased by any drops you since you have maximized your gears haha
Buriza is also a great budget option, i prefer buriza over WF. Great amazon btw.

What total ias would I need with a lvl 14 faith in the merc? I would imagine 94 or 95 at the most?
Edit: another question. With my current set up, I can either hit the last ias break point or have 76% ed from my veil. Which would you think is better?
I'm playing SSF with an upgraded Lycanders Aim and FA. Hell is going extremely slow due to all the cold immunes though. Would it be worth respeccing to this or does it really require way better gear to perform?
Magic arrow is so underused and appreciated.
How do you get might and Fanaticism on the Rogue? One i put the second item on mine it overrides the current aura.
I use pierce on my ice barrage build it really helps

what maps should i play as a new bowazon?
Why would you replace ohms with max dmg (+15) jewels in the bow and then put ED (+40%) jewels in the helm?
Wouldn't it give more damage to put the max dmg jewels (+15) in the helm and keep ohm (+50%) in the bow?

why my T-might merc armor dont boost dmg? they only show a faith fanatism aura and might aura dont give enything..

You need to stack deadly strike or crushing blow on a glass cannon build .. either way sick build man reminds me of old school D2

d2 comes to what character kills faster pack mobs, I think this one has to be it, and also one character to kill uniques like pandemonium event or d clone, so 2 chars needed

Haha yea we all miss 1.09. There is actually another community mod so you can just play 1.09.
Not nearly as many people play that as PD2 though so it's a little slow. Great for solo self found though!

What do you recommend for a PD2 HC bowazon play through? Would the glass cannon bowazon suffice?
If you want to get 1 shot yeah go for it lol. This is definitely not viable in HC. You need much more vitality.
If i have enough IAS without 40/15s in my weapon & without Cats Eye to hit 92 IAS(w lvl15 fanat), are Ohms better and what ammy you recommend?
So I just realized the 40/15s you have are 15 max dmg, not 15 IAS. That aside, any Ammy recommendations without IAS?

Any reason you dont buff with demon limb/enchant? I haven't tried it on bow yet, but I use it on every melee build I've ever made. Great AR boost, minor dmg increase.
Dope ass build. Trying my best to emulate it without a 3os helm.

I assume you value CTA for life boost? Or does the battle command +skill have considerable effect on damage/AR too?

Bowazon is one of my favorite builds in D2 and I have only one complaint about this guide. You do not max guided for the damage, you max it for the reduced mana cost if your gear isn't good enough to kill bosses before you run out. Other than that it's an alternate skill point dump if you don't care about faster hit recovery from dodge.
@@boragaming1839 With bad gear you don't have BO. I've spent a significant amount of time on zons with under 200 max mana using Goldstrike, Buriza, or whatever since I do a lot of single player. In those cases it's either points in guided or literally TPing to town for blue pots. And resummoning your valk is another 30+ mana gone.
My first char on PD2 was a Bowazon... The gear is effin costly... Especially the windforce... So i created a fire Soso and put decent gear with 6 Fire GCs and its my main character now... To mf for things for my zon and friends xD

First of all great guide. Your gear is top tier. But we don't agree on something.. There are actually more "animal" mobs. (Aka not demon or undead.) Than either demon or undead in the game. And in Pd2 maps, most of the bulky physical resist mobs are niether demons or undead. Thorned hulks, blood lords, siege beasts, maulers...
Why would you do cats eye over highlords when they both give the same atk speed but highlords you get free ds?
Zons have passive crit. Passive crit rolls before DS. Therefore the DS on highlords is about 6%. Cats eye has 25 dex which = 25%ed which is far better than 6% DS. Cats eye also has FRW s as an added bonus. Cats eye is objectively better.
Been grinding this game single player every day for about a month and still cant find a damn windforce, this is the build I want to play the most too lol
Certainly is a rare weapon lol. That's what's so cool about single player, you find one good item then make a build around it lol.

Only builds i think that could challenge diablo kill speed is Ww barb or fireclaw druid. Both Aoe clear much slower though.
My dragondin pala 3 taps diablo. Just as fast if not faster than this. Clear speed is also comparable, but is a lot tankier and prob a good bit cheaper overall.

I am fairly sure I explain that in the video.
Deadly strike is not nearly as effective for zons because they have passive crit.
The game does not add crit strike + deadly strike.
It rolls one, then rolls the other. They cannot both proc at the same time (i.e. you can't do triple damage)
ONLY in the event that your passive crit does not succeed does it roll the deadly strike.
So if you have 70% passive crit, and 30% deadly strike as an example, deadly strikes true effectiveness is 9%. You are far better off using cats eye (as an example), which gives you added damage on every attack.

@@vincenthammons6705 That is what makes Diablo 2 the long lasting game it has been, stuff doesn't just rain down from the sky or able to just be made in the cube or gambled easy like Diablo 3 has turned into.

WELL .. the build is pretty spectacular but it is not legit. And any windforcemazon with rune words and unique items plus hellfire torch , anihilus and some small charms for bow and crossbow skills WILL SUFICE.

This was how to build a godly windforce and he's not even using a windforce.
Unclear which video you watched. It wasn't this one, where I am very clearly using a windforce.
All mercs only can stack two auras. Your faint is wasted there if you didn't realized it. You can see only Might and faster walking from act1 merc and the 3rd auras are from your druid summons.
I can back this up, all 3 auras work, I have the same merc. Please ignore Mobile Players

My fury ama does it at the same speed rate and is more versatile. And safer due to high res and absorb. Soloing is no achievement at all and says nothing bout the buid.
Would rather not play that in Hardcore.
