Love the scythe wielding Sorc, probably my favourite build too. Just looks so cool and the usual lightning tree fcr makes it really smooth to play.

I know this is old but just in case, quick heads up yo your audio is almost inaudible compared to everything else on youtube. Have you topped out but still struggling to hear, i switch over to another youtube vid and its so loud im in pain lol

You havent been using poison imbue before casting rain of arrows - it gets affected by it (when you cast imbue - skills affected by it change color on the bar) and increases its damage alot. Pretty much only viable build for rogue in endgame. Was playing exact thing in closed beta (managed to get to like level 80) but with both poison and shadow imbues (poison for bosses, shadow for huge aoe). later on You will take talents and items to reduce CD on rain of arrows and you basicaly spam it every 10 seconds and penetrating when RoA is on cd. Kinda sad that other build fall behind by huge margin :( Hopefuly they will tweak that tree to make other builds viable in endgame. And small tip: when You cast rain of arrows, you have to run into it for monsters to follow.

I think ill make this on scythe for sorc but also to use for my javazon on the merc, how much do u think ill miss the dmg and life leech the merc will lose by not having a higher dmg per hit?

I suggest trying speedrunning. You will learn a lot about the early game mecanics

Ive read somewhere that the cows in hell have about 10k hp. My question is, if this is true, why am i doing 1/10th worth of hp bar dmg when my damage displayed is 9k-11k? Running sorc bow enchantress build with explosive arrow xbow.

Plenty of time has already passed but your advice on clear speed seems to be the only one amongst other videos and yet - the most accurate one. The MF is really important till day 3-4, maybe 7. After that, there are hardly any popular items that you can sell for more than 0.15-0.25 HR. That being said: focus on clear speed and the wealth will come.

Always corrupt first THEN puzzle. They brick way more with sockets for some reason and also you just wasted a bunch if puzzle boxes without knowing for sure the item would be worth puzzling.

You do nice builds man, some of this gear ill never see like D-clone stuff. I never even tried it once. I did try to match up with a throw barb u had but yeah right!! My dmg is way low compare to what yours was haha.

So one thing no one talks about is if you have very low or no enhanced damage on your weapon then you can have all the off-weapon ed you want, it still won't help you too much. In that case, it is much better to get a weapon with better on-weapon ed and even if you won't have quite as much off-weapon ed as earlier, you will do much more damage (according to the math, that is).

Hey thank you for this video it is very informative. I would like to ask you, can you explain how the ED from the skill (for example tiger strike) is applied? It multiply everything? In this line of thoughts can you help me decide which it would be better for such build. Lets say tiger strike gives me 3000% (3rd charge) damage right now. Would it better to have Fortitude or it will be better any armor with 4 sockets with 30 max dmg jewels (120max dmg in total x 3000%= 3600max dmg only from there). Also about the rest of the gear, in my opinion adding everywhere max damage jewels will be better. What do you think? Thank you for your time ! :)

With all my respect, I do respect everything that you are saying in the video but I don’t think is op since not everyone can get this build. It’s super expensive to get those runes if you think about it they are rare. So something like this is what anyone should expect from such an expensive build In my opinion💯

I really dont get this complaint about auradin being too strong when showing off cows on p1 i think for 7+ high runes id hope it could clear cows quickly. For literally a tenth of the cost a javazon can throw a single javelin and clear the whole group of cows on p1

I used to watch all different cc's on d2 and d2r but with this remaster, all the spirit seems to change. Thx that you, as one of the very very very few content creators, speak clear. Its just one of a dozen of changes. Got a feeling like Blizzard is going into full game as a service with the diablo brand including d2/d2r. Things like act 6 "leak" etc. I think they got a whole lot of content in their bag, waiting for creating a hype through their "personal" content creators, that's gonna really change the game, maybe necessary changes for a 6th act? . And if there's really an act six, it's like obvious that's gonna be an extra purchase. This shouldn't be a nostalgic/pessimistic view on that topic, I'm just afraid very new content won't fit well in this "very old" system of a game. I hope I'm totally wrong. PS. yeah pd2 isn't in any point comparable to d2r. On one side you got passionate people loving and playing the game since release, coming with their very own kind of changes, fitting more or less perfectly in the setting, on the other side u got a multi billion dollar company trying to maximise profit and try to squeeze the game in the new generation of gaming.

You're points are valid, we paid $40 for a game. Remake and all, at that price new continent in some form is a requirement. With that being said though, I think its important to remember this is the first big update. I feel their goal was not to change or challenge the meta, just provide more viable options. They made mercs better, act 3 will still probably be used 85% of the time but that's better than the 100% usage from before or at least headed in the right direction. None of the rune words are replacing any best in slot, in most cases they are just more options. I think all of this is ok and good execution for the first major patch. Now I wont feel that way if major changes and additions are not introduced later on. Good vid, keep them coming.

The patch sounded nice reading it but once tested it was very underwhelming. Not sure how PD2 with just a team of devs blows the actual company away in terms of reworking and balancing but what can you do.
