I too love the 30 minutes, not because I cannot keep up, I can, but do struggle and therefore lose form, but mainly it is concentration, my mind wanders. I have nothing to do as I am retired, so not sure what it is like for hard working family people. I need to take a more mindful, presence approach to my training like my yoga practice!

Done! Great start to the day! I loved your analogy at the end about dropping your keys or tripping. I always use the analogy that if you drop your phone and crack the screen, you pick it up, fix it, and go on, you don't stomp on it and smash it to pieces because it cracked!

Another day crushed! I’m going to have to say I really connected with the Bulgarian Split Squats today, not always my favorite, but I pushed up to my 25 lbs and felt really good with my form. Growth!

These 30-minute ones are easy to commit to daily because I just tell myself it's only 30 minutes. They just fly by so quickly when I am focused on pushing through one set at a time. It's so good to be back in the groove after being lazy for a month. I did yesterday's workout last night, and I was back in my workout room before work this morning. I'm usually an afternoon workout person, but I'm excited to be back where I belong. Thank you so, so much for being here, Sydney!
My favorite was the split squats! I tried them with both feet on the ground but in the split stance, instead of the bench, and was able to connect really well with a heavy weight. On the bench I’m usually struggling to stay upright.
These 30 min workouts- especially the lower body ones have been PERFECT. Loved all the band work in this one and the bonus of eating more in maintenance (or sometimes over 😆) this time of year is the strength and energy gains- I pushed past my usual weights on EVERYTHING this workout 💪
I am loving these workouts!! This month has been my favorite since I started in June of 2020. 30 min and the circuit style make it quick, effective and easy to keep pace with because I know what’s coming next. Grateful for Sydney and the community she has built.
