Definitely having fun! I usually work out in the am, but was busy. I ended up doing it after work. I was feeling a bit stiff, but by the Polly Party I had loosened up! Great song! Another Favorite! Thanks Polly!
I stood for the standing section and it was just what i needed. I tend to get stuck when I change direction and so these were great exercises for me Thanks Polly

Thanks a lot Polly for the exercises! I am from India, and live in the steel city of. Salem. I look forward to more challenging exercises! In fact I would like to thank everyone at Power for Parkinson’s. What I like about your workouts is your explanation for every exercise. That makes it both interesting and gives meaning to why we’re doing what we’re doing! I shall introduce myself in the next comment I will be writing! I was diagnosed with having Parkinson’s over6 years ago when my hand writing went awry.! God bless you and your colleagues for all the new exercises. You all seem to be creative and I a. Grateful . Your exercises are very active. They make all parts of the body to work. I enjoy them very much .i have a balance problem. I can.t do the standing exercising. Ifeel I am missing out something. I loose my balance. I am afraid I am going to fall. Do you have any suggestions. Thanks for your time. Keep your energy up so people who follow you get energized.
Try not to get down on yourself! Be proud that you're exercising. You may even surprise yourself and be able to do some standing if you consistantly exercise with us. Seated or standing you're treating your PD💙
