Just what we needed tonight. Great variety and pacing. Despacito was a wonderful way to cool down. The arm + leg coordination was challenging and kept our brains working.

We use your videos to teach an exercise class for our fellow residents at the Independent and Assisted Living facility we live in. Great workout Polly! Those coordination exercises with the arms and legs doing different things definitely still take a lot of concentration! I still feel like I’ve made great progress with them, but I’ll admit I got out of sync a few times and had to reset myself! Welcome back from Spain! I’m (as I’m sure are all the other regulars here) glad that you’re back and that more of the world got to experience the great work you do with us every week!

how can i do your exercise my parkinsons my feet and hands is so hard cuz just for a few sec im tired and i can not stand well cuz im shaking what well i do pleace help me

Our classes are indeed quite high intensity and so we invite you to perhaps view our 'Beginner to PFP' playlist: ua-cam.com/play/PL5jg5UxfmH0i-84EiQ2WvddVT4Hk9F227.html and try some of the classes there. These classes are a slower pace and explain the structure of our class formats. We also advise you to always go at your own pace and take your time with building up your endurance - perhaps just doing a small component of class first and then adding on some extra time, every time you do a class.
