Hello again Polly, Cooper and everyone at PfP! Once again, I enjoyed working with you and Cooper today and found this a fun and enjoyable workout. Loved the way Cooper was being very socialable and was getting involved in these exercises too, which did make me laugh :D Your workouts really highlight the areas I need to improve/focus on, my strengths and weaknesses and are also improving my overall balance, co-ordination, fitness levels and general well being. It's great to feel a part of this lovely community and I look forward to your classes each week. Another positive is that should I struggle with any particular aspect of your classes, I can always keep practising until I'm feeling more confident. Great workout Polly! Cooper was such a big helper today! He gave you a real furry friend to step over in this workout! No Imagining necesssary (at least on your left side!). He was so funny! When we did the "Hi" exercise he was looking off and seemed to wonder "Who are you waving to mom? I want to say Hi to them!" Such a good boy! I don't think I was too tripped up by any exercises which was good because that allowed me to up the intesnsity to challenge myself. I got a good cario workout today!
