Repeated Day 1 in the evening, and on Day 2 - as instructed, completed this before Day 2 exercise. Also increased the number of counts on each pose by pausing video. Really feeling the back and shoulders stretched. And energised!
Still amazing to work on Day 1 routine.

Hello. Thank you for a detailed and informative video. I have a query. I tend to have the trouble of navel displacement. I used to do all these asanas really well before I got this bizarre problem. Now whenever I do any asanas, I get my navel displaced. Do you have any knowledge or guidance on this? Thank you.

U are doing well ur video could have been better if u would have told about the names of the Asanas as well
For example u were talking about upper back stretch whether u were doing cobra pose or downward dog it isint clear
Thank you for the feedback but actually I was more focusing on small small details which varies from each Asana to each Asana because most of the asanas have got their variations which I always use them in my videos to make practice better and easier at times I miss giving names anyways thank you so much😊🙏

why do i get a head ache after? my body feels great but it get a headache.
May be because of the blood flow to the head. Take it easy and avoid postures which would make you feel giddy or head ache 😊🙏

That is more than enough for today. You will just have to practice once of one day and then when you practise second day then you have to add first day also same thing goes on. when you practise seventh day you have to practise all 1st to6 days😊🙏

It's a great vlog but, Neha don't you think that one has to be very careful while practicing Chakrasana for the first time?
It’s all about the alignment and a right practice and somewhere someone will have to start practising each Asana right that’s why I am giving it in seven days and not in one day because your body will adapt changes quickly and if you work on your spine and shoulder thoroughly you can do Chakrasan easily there is no harm😊🙏

Hi Chetan if you want to relax your mind and be tension free the only way is to practise pranayama and meditation. To start with you can practise not issued the pranayama and for meditation just sit quite with eyes closed and just focus on your breath😊🙏

Hi Chandan thank you so much for the appreciation. When it comes to the practice for Chakrasana Which is a deep backbend I would suggest you to do a lot more warm up as suggested in the videos because only Surya namaskara and Cat/cow posture will not help you to get into Chakrasan even if your back band is good it’s always better to do a complete warm up and then get into major asana. Any difficulties and I will become easy after a great warmup I hope this is helpful 😊🙏
