Video Summary
******
This video is about the second quit smoking stage of the CBQ Method, C2, “Cultivate Your Potential and Crush the Fear of Quitting.”
You will learn why this stage can help you feel good about quitting and the 3 things you need to do at this stage so you can change your relationship with cigarettes.
First, you will learn why you are afraid quitting smoking will change your personality or turn you into someone else and how to break that fear.
Next up, I show you why it’s important to start seeing yourself as a non-smoker.
And then, we talk about the beliefs you have about yourself and smoking and how they make quitting hard for you.
Last up, you’ll see how this stage can also be applied to losing weight.

I waited until I had cold turkeyed my way through the first 7 days of quitting my smokeless tobacco habit of the past 8 yrs, before trying ANY help. But now I am ready to try CBQ. I would like to make a deal with the community here. I will reply once a week to this same comment saying either “I am still here and quit” or “I’ve sunk back down to zero”. But I am only gonna bother if this comment gets at least one Like or a new reply every week. Not because I need the recognition or attention (trust me, that is all Nasia and her Ex’s, God bless them)… but because I hope this is a community who welcomes and cares for the success of a new walk-in and that will show me.
God bless and good quitting, all!
Are you still nicotine free?
Hiiii ....William.... I am interested to know how your journey is going.
.... reach out & share ! .... kind regards David Australia 🇦🇺
How's it going? 😊
Thank u so much Nasia. I have decided to watch your videos for an hour a day for 30 days. Bc the AA program had a slogan “30 in 30” where a person should go to 30 meetings in 30 days. They lasted an hr each. I think this will help me a lot bc by myself I dont think I’d be able to have enough positive thoughts about quitting. They would fade in 10 minutes probably. I really can’t thank you enough for all you have done for people! May God tremendously bless you for all of your work!!!
Thank you! Glad the videos help. Watching 1 hour a day is a great idea!
Past 5 days i am in first stage...From now i am going to stage :2 but I can really stop my bad habit ....With the help of nasia davis....❤

April 15 happens to be my current quit date.
I have a question for you. It has been 10 days since I have been trying to quit smoking. I have had about 2 smokes during these 10 days. For the most part I am happy with not smoking and I have the thoughts of it os nice to not need the smoke but occassionally I feel I am abstaining from smoking. How can I change that?
I’m going too the Dentist on Friday so I have to quit this week.

I don't miss smoking, it's a bad companion. I put my trust in in my highest power the Lord Jesus. I can do all things through him who give me strength. Thank you.
Why not trust in God? Why do you need the idol?
