This woman helped me quit. I am at 4 months now. Started to workout now. I used to watch her before I did it and everyday after I did it for about 6 weeks. Now I don't even think about it. THANK YOU NASIA!
Got recommended this after three years of being smoke free. This channel helped me feel prepared and encouraged to quit nicotine and thc.
If you’re watching this before you begin- you will not miss smoking once you’re free. You can do it.
I quit smoking two weeks ago and today the cravings were almost overbearing. I have a friend who is a former smoker and he said "Don't do it because you will regret it" so I found this video and it helped me so much...I'm heading to the gym! Thank you so much!
Day 4 people going strong, Day 2 and 3 was really hard it was a mental battle stay strong
How are you doing now? I am on day 7 and days 3 &4 were the worst. I hope you're still holding strong and good luck
@@michellemonahan865 wow that’s awesome. Congrats! That means your like 2months free...I’m on day 2. Hasn’t been so bad so far. I think it’s because I’m so motivated to quit. Before I would’ve been ran to store and bought a pack!
I'm on day 14 and had a couple strong cravings today, thanks to this video I now realize I must better prepare for the temptations and triggers ahead. I've decided to do 20 push ups Everytime I have a craving. Thank you so much for your tips Nasia! 🤗
I am on day 61. I have really struggled with mental cravings over the last week. I am so very grateful i have found your channel. Thank you so much for the good work you are doing and sharing!!
40$ a carton a wk, every mth, rip up 160$ throw it out car window along with health! Doc gave bud a yr to live! He 70, but he could been active 15-20yrs more, heartbreaking 4 friends
It’s Easy to quit I’ve done it hundreds of times quote from Mark twain. Here I go again But like she said don’t should yourself This time is it!!! Sick of Smoking.. I hate it... until I grab a beer. Well I’m holding off for a while on drinking too. Wish me luck !!
CBQ method is an excellent and sure way to quit smoking. I'll always keep watching all your videos while I'm quitting. Thank you very much.
I quit smoking for years but after drinking beer i started again. I hate the effect of the smoke on my lung but the addiction is stubborn and i will always end up smoking again and regretting. To justify my smoking i look to those who lived a long life despite smoking. But i cannot dismiss the irritating effect on my lung after smoking. I watched this wonderful lady in the fed and amazingly i stopped. But the beer with friends exposed me to smoking again. Now i am back listening to this beautiful lady for a second time. I want healthy lung, i want clean air, i love life, ....
I’m 55 days cigarette free and a week and 3 days meditation free thank goodness for that i feel 10x better and yes i tried quitting 4 years ago but April 30th this year i finally was able to ❤
Thank you Nasia! I listen to these videos every day, and they've helped me stay motivated to overcome my addiction, I chose to quit a several year chewing tobacco problem this summer, I'm now three weeks clean and haven't touched a can since. Thank you!
She's right nicotine is a powerful addiction. My eyesight has been consistently improving since I quit (I was vaping 12 mg nicotine & smoking and quit smoking 6 weeks ago, then quit vaping 2 weeks ago). Nothing major, but it has improved. I went to the shooting range on Saturday and shot better than I have in years. All the variables were the same. Same range, lane, distance, rifle, ammo, etc. That is enough to scare me away from nicotine.
i really found that and i can say from now that it helped me a lot , i was 2 months smoke free and i relapse because deep inside me i didn't believed it , a new start from now . thanks for your tips
I quit for 2 months and relapsed last week but am back on track cause your video kept popping up so im ok again this time its for real
Nasia-also-this video is posted on my birthdate Sept 30th which is my date to be free of cigs-I have started 4days ago not smoking anything so I can make my target-I have replaced the cigarette with holding a pen and breathing through the 3 minutes with water or dried ginger that I keep around everywhere-carrotts sticks dont travel well :) and seeing myself as a non-smoker and BELIEVING I REALY CAN DO THIS- I THANK YOU THNK YOU THNK OYU-- YOU ARE AN ANGEL
It is a great service that this lady is doing.
there are days when it seems impossible, then i remember your videos and come back thank you
1 month non smoker, everyday feel want to relapse but I stay strong and remember I want to quit forever!
Here in India, during corona lockdown I threw away a pack of cigarettes nearby forest which is around 3 kms from my house.
And the next day there was Triple lockdown and nobody was even allowed to walk on the streets, however I got nastyyyyyy cravings and adventurously I got on my bike and went to the forest and found the packet there and smoked.
Actually it was an enlightment for me.On that day I found myself how strong my addiction was,and to what level I will go for satisfying my nicotine cravings.
One policeman who was patrolling saw me and I flexed my muscles, and he got scared as he was alone.Actually I don't even hurt a small insect.
Nicotine is nasty........
I totally agree about finding a replacement my trouble is that most replacement strategies are more effort and usually impossible to do in the car (which is a major trigger for me) does anyone have any advice? I’ve tried iced coffee, water through a straw, audio books, listening to Nasia in the car etc. i am doing sooo much better than before- but I still struggle on days I feel UNMOTIVATED to eat healthy, workout and manage my stress in a healthy way. Nasia you are AMAZING by the way and I know that if I keep at it, the muscles in my brain will grow stronger- just hard sometimes and I’d love any and all advice ❤️
Awesome video!!!! A tremendous help for me & hopefully thousands more!!
Doc!! You should talk about improving the quality of food. Because of busy routines one does not focus on energy from food... bcz it takes longer to release energy but smoking gives you a fake buzz of energy... Do include this aspect..
I noticed on the few times I have quit (28 days, 11 days, etc.) it takes a lot of work (& I mean a LOT) for me to get there. Then the novelty of quitting somehow wears off & I somehow make my way back to them. I remember on my last quit, I went cold turkey. Then bought a vape and it was SO unfulfilling, so I finally caved and smoked & it was SO GROSS! I put it out 1/2 way through. Then a few minutes later I said “well, I guess I’ll just smoke the other 1/2” and then of course back to full blown smoking 🤦🏼♀️
I don’t know how to want to stay smoke-free. Maybe things will be different this time🙏🏻.
Feel this if I wasn’t preggo could never do it. Recently found out one cigarette has a TON of nicotine in it enough to get you addicted again. 8-12mg
Try anything healthy to replace. I'm binging on healthy foods (trail mix without the candies) to replace it. I've gained 10 pounds in just two days but I was underweight before. I'm feeling way better just replacing smoking with healthy whole foods. Enjoying more fat this time has made it way easier to stay quit as well.
Thank you Nasia, I've copied the link to this video and added it to a calendar entry in my phone for every morning!❤
You are brilliant Doctor!

Thank you Nasia.
Awesome vid
Such great advice and very informative.I am now 4 days smoke free and I do see myself as a nonsmoker in the near future.Replacing smoking with a healthier habit is what I intend to do.My very good friend smoked for over 30years he stopped using a method he called the 3D's
Delay the urge to smoke even for 5mins which turned to 10 so on
Drink plenty of water which uses hands and mouth
Do something else other than smoke for even 5 mins which lead to 10 so on...
Do a workout or exercise
I'm will do this plus what you have suggested as well
Thank you so much for advice and great videos
Ex Smoker...😁😁😁
You’re always helpful. I’m gonna try boading balls. Thanks

In my car watching ppl walking by smoking.l can't smoke in my car. Leave pack home.🤗❗driving my kid around. Thank a lot.
Thanks for watching. What can help you avoid relapse? Let me know in the comments below😊
I really appreciate ur comments thank u very much. 😂😂😂
1 month without smoke, I am confident that I am out of this shit. The only way to quit is to let you suffer for a week to avoid lifelong suffering if you continue to smoke. In my experience I started to prepare my body to quit by giving 1-2 day gap every week. Tried for a month from Jan 1st - Jan 31st
From Feb. 1st 2021 left and haven’t smoke since then I do not have any craving to smoke after 7-10 days.
@@mwazra6625 Yes it's been 2 n half years and I am super happy that i managed to quit
i stop smoking for 3weeks...i feel good and no more short breath! but today...we had arguements with my wife...i suddenly puff 2 sticks of cigaritte...and i feel worry coz i started again! but i want to quit this bad habit.!
I need to stay stopped in order to have back surgery
I love your work. Thank you. The CBQ method is helping me. I have not lit up in 27 hours, I felt great the whole day, had very light cravings but I just ignored them. I'm trying really hard, what sh ou is I do when my wife lights up though?
Hi Muneed, we're glad to be of help! In this video, you will learn 3 ways to say no to smoking no matter the situation: ua-cam.com/video/Dxm6Hy4PL7g/v-deo.html You've got this!
@@CBQMethod
Thank you so much I have watched it and will try it. I'm now in day 2 of no smoking. I have not lit a smoke at all. But I did steal a puff today... it felt horrible and don't ever want to smoke again. Thank you so much for your work. Will keep you posted on my progress
it is not only nicotine which has become a habit the physical action we do also becomes habit. my brother used to suck his thumb till he was 16 years of age i mean i didn't understand what was in that thumb sucking. any emotional attachment is hard to quit. cigarettes have become part of life. as nasia mam said they were part when we were happy and when we were sad. our sadness is special because it has some kind of withdrawal symptoms associated with it so when we lit up cigarettes sadness reduced and we attached emotionally. so choose wisely. if you think you can't quit start reducing day by day that gives huge confidence to quit completely one day and me too in the same process all the best 👍
Hello!
See what could be the replace for the high energy burst given by nicotine.. any alternative??
Hi, thanks for commenting. That's a good question! Nicotine stimulates the adrenal gland to release adrenaline. It’s a hormone, also known as epinephrine, that speeds up your heart rate by supplying more blood to your muscles, brain, and heart. While this makes you feel more alert and energetic, it burdens your heart. Here are some links on how you can boost your energy naturally:
