    WHY almost EVERYONE begins workout with squat and press???? so....... embarrasing.....especially there is no warm up.......

However, I totally agree with you on the importance of warming up. It’s crucial to prevent injuries and prepare the body for exercise. I'll definitely consider including a warm-up segment in future videos. Your feedback is much appreciated!
