- Follow along and do this effective 20 min lower body workout with just your bodyweight to train, strengthen and tone your legs (adductors, abductors, quadriceps, hamstrings, calves) and glutes. This leg day workout is mid intensity but includes low impact modifications where necessary.
This resistance based workout uses compound exercises and plyometric movement to give maximum effect for each rep.
Grab your mat and a towel as we sweat it out and crush this lower body workout in 20 minutes. If you want to burn fat, build muscle, increase strength and overall endurance in your lower body, this is the workout for you.

Used to be pretty heavy into working out, long story short, got sick and haven't been able do anything more than climb a set of stairs once a day for a year. Ive been getting back into working out in the past monthish and this was amazing!!! Got me sweating like i used to (even tho i would have considered this easy a year and a half ago, my body is taking me back to square one lol) THANK YOU SO MUCH❤❤
I don't really have a fitness goal, just restless leg syndrome, and these exercises felt like heaven. And after I was done, my legs definitely weren't restless anymore 😂

Just started back working out in 1 year and this was a struggle, hard on the last round. Cant wait to see my improvement tomorrow. I think itll take atleast 2 week for me to get used to this.

They will get you into a nice routine where you may feel more comfortable creating your workout combos and help you stimulate fat loss, muscle growth and aid in weight loss. Pick 3-4 videos for the week and you can repeat for the month or alternate weeks with another set of 3-4 workouts 💕 I hope you find this helpful x
