I'm so happy I found you guys to do my workouts. I started last week and this week makes it my second. I've been watching different videos. Have my two 10lbs dumbells starting out with i can't go any higher. I'm so proud of myself. Come in from work after midnight and still make it my best to click on a video to do a 30-minute or more workout. I can't wait to see my little 💪🏾. I'm looking into a workout on my belly fat. I'm trying not to give up, 4 to 5 days a week is not bad.
I alternate between going to the gym and using your videos, and even though i lift way heavier with the gym equipment, i always feel it more the next day with your videos. Love you guys!

I loved this. I recently switched up to full body weight workouts instead of one body part a day. I love these workouts and I can always choose to pause and add some moves. Thank you! 🎉

I really like this workout. I love that each group is strait through without breaks. I would like to have the upper body and lower body grouped together. I need to switch weights mid-group for the first 3 groups. It’s hard to switch with no break between.
I love your workout, as a working from home mum i am able to work out in my home since last year. I have lost weight but most importantly my mental health is better.
I absolutely LOVED this workout and the fact that we did 3 sets. It gave me an opportunity to challenge myself to put out an extra rep or two during the last set, and I definitely got some cardio with the back to back exercises. Excited to see more workouts with multiple sets. ❤❤❤

i love this one! it was difficult but the breaks helped motivate me to keep going i liked the 3 shorter exercises and then a break it made me sore but definitely worth it wasn’t difficult to switch between 20s and 15s when the focus switched from upper to lower
Can not wait to get back to your workouts they definitely helped with my goals. But now under recovery and can only do seated upper body 😢 Saved it for the future though when I can go all out again.
I did this after doing the Week 2 Day 4 workout and had to have on a fan as I was dripping 💦 all over the place! Sweat ran off my mat by the end😮 Bless you🇯🇲🏋🏽♀️

Might be their intensity, repeats, breaks and all. In the gym, I always feel a little bit more relaxed and doing everything on my own pace.
