WHY almost EVERYONE begins workout with squat and press???? so....... embarrasing.....especially there is no warm up.......
@Anue_Kr Thanks for sharing your thoughts! 😊 Squats and presses are popular starting exercises because they engage multiple muscle groups and set a strong foundation for a workout. However, I totally agree with you on the importance of warming up. It’s crucial to prevent injuries and prepare the body for exercise. I'll definitely consider including a warm-up segment in future videos. Your feedback is much appreciated!
Do you take exercise requests? If so, I'd like to practice the reverse lunge to front kick. Been struggling with that move and you seem like a fine instructor.
