Wow looks so delicious, I will try tomorrow. I am 70 years old and my husband is 73. Until 65, I was working also used to go to my daughter's place to take care of my grandsons after school until their parents come back from work, so running around the clock barely got time to make varieties of food. But after retirement I got time for that, so I make varieties of food and enjoying, but consume within limits. Weekly once I make pooris or channa pattura, use ghee on regular basis. This is our last period of time to enjoy food, so I eat whatever I want but moderate Quantities. I know many elderly people who are staying in elderly care homes provided with just boiled rice, boiled vegetable and sandwiches, I am living in Canada so I don't have any restrictions now, may be later I might end up with 😂 these kind of food, so I am enjoying now.
