அருமையான இனிப்பு உருண்டை எங்க ஊர் பக்கத்தில் ஸ்ரீராமசமுத்திரம் என்று ஒரு ஊர் (அயிலூர் என்று அழைப்பார்கள்) அங்கு எங்க பெரிய மன்னியோட அம்மா அவர்கள் பண்ணையத்தில் செய்வார்கள். அவர்கள் எல்லாம் திப்பிராஜபுரம் பகுதியை சேர்ந்தவர்கள். இதை சீமாலாடு என்று சொல்வார்கள். அப்போ எல்லாம் மிக்சி கிடையாது உரலில் போட்டு இருப்பு கடப்பாரையால் இடித்துதான் பொடி செய்வார்கள். எங்கள் பள்ளி பருவத்தில் சொல்லி கேட்டுள்ளேன்

In our house my grand mother used to make this on every marriage for " Paruppu Thengai Koodu ". I only put this in the Kalural and make it as podi as well as sugar. At this juncture I want to tell one thing. All your receipies are unique. But you kindly put a wig to hide your head.
Worst experience at masterchef auditions i didnt even see rakesh sir and none of those 3 judges have tasted all the recipe...very bad day at the Chennai auditions
