Showing the reward for collecting all stars in B3313 version 1.0.2. If you collect 459 stars, go to Star Road and jump in the 0th pipe, you will get a giant Red Star as star number 460.

how long did it take for getting all the stars??
The video of my playthrough is around 20 hours, but that cuts out time I had to pause to look stuff up. It was also my second time collecting all the stars.
For some reason the Goomba boss fight is bugged for me he is not red, but just a normal looking Goomba. Am I missing something?
The Goomboss fight? I think the color of the boss can be different from player to player.

Are the star road levels different?
They are the same levels, although I've heard an extra Bob-Omb NPC gets added to some stages

A few stages had an annoyingly hidden red coin, but most of them weren't bad. I updated the B3313 wiki along the way to document a few of the more hidden ones.
