In general the star count won’t be consistent between videos because footage isn’t all from a single playthrough. In this case, the 3rd star is because there’s a warp in the slide that has a random chance of sending you to a different version of this stage. I did not use this random chance warp in the walkthrough videos to avoid people getting different stars when they try to copy the walkthrough

Thank you for making the stage and commenting! It was a pleasure to play. I wanted to make a video on your other stage Peaceful Patio, but I couldn't figure out how to get the underwater star by the slope near the start.

@@Stevoisiak Oh great !!! I will be happy for you to test my other level ! To take the star underwater, you must mix the two caps (metal and invisibility) which are on the floating platforms just above then swim quickly enough to recover the star. Then you have to continue so that the effect of the caps does not fade and you will arrive at a place where you can have two boxes of caps to make your way back. If you plan to do it, enjoy ! :)

@@pgz-x8n Thanks for the advice, I'll have to give the stage another go. If you want to see my earlier attempt, I played Peaceful Patio on stream. The video was "Custom Super Mario 64 levels with Mario Builder 64"

@@Stevoisiak Ok I saw your stream and in fact you were blocked underwater because I had put a destructible block but I also realized that Metal Mario couldn't punch underwater ! So I removed it in the new version and now we can have it. Also I saw that you took the 3rd star by doing a complicated jump but in reality you just had to do a ground pound in the last water point at the top of the staircase structure and that leads directly to the star . If you try again, enjoy ! :)

There are options for different character colors when you create a level in Mario Builder.

@@Stevoisiak In the first room, when you enter the factory for the first time, if you turn the camera to the right there is a climbable wall with an opening at the top. That opening leads into a vent which in turn leads you to the star and the other side of the metal bars. The fact that you pass the star as you climb higher was meant as a hint that you missed the star and that you have to look around a bit more to get it, but in hindsight that hint really doesn't work well when I add invisibility caps later on in my level lmao. I learned a lot from seeing you play this level!

Yes, this song is often used by troll levels in Super Mario Maker. It is originally from Super Mario 64.

Agreed. It reminded me of Clanker's Cavern from Banjo-Kazooie.

Because I forgot this area existed. If I remember correctly, there was something odd about how this star was listed in the star viewer app. It might have been listed with the courtyard stars, or it was listed as Checkerboard (Fabricated) when the wiki had the area as Checkerboard. Can't remember for sure.

They are really good! This is actually one of my favorite stages in Mario Builder.
